| In the e-commerce market,B2 B trade occupies the absolute majority of the share.As an important part of e-commerce,logistics is the basis and guarantee of e-business process.The value of goods and services in electric business activities,to a large extent depends on the level of logistics,it is also the fundamental guarantee and ultimate value reflection of the "customer-oriented" concept of electric business.H electric business platform is a company founded in 2014,as a chemical B2 B electrical contractor,its business has developed rapidly and become the industry’s leading electric business platform.In order to maintain the superiority and the core competitiveness,the company has proposed the strategic goal of providing the supply chain financial services for the industry and constructing the new ecosystem of the whole industry chain.But the operation system of existing logistics business has been unable to meet the rapid development of business and strategic objectives for the logistics needs,therefore carries on the comprehensive optimization of logistics business for H electronic business platform is very necessary and have important strategic significance.This paper focuses on the optimization of logistics business and information system construction of H electronic business platform.First of all,the background of development,the logistics business operation status of H business platform are introduced,the integrated usage of tools and methods such as flow chart analysis,fishbone diagram and process diagnosis table is employed for analysis and diagnosis of executive key process such as order management,supplier management,transportation,customer service,summarized and put forward the problems exist in the existing logistics operation system,such as the overall business efficiency is not high,limited processing ability,manual operation and the lack of information support system,information is not standardized,customer service level is not high,and so on;then in view of the existing problems,put forward the objectives and principles of process optimization,and based on the analysis of H business platform’s value chain,tools and methods such as ESIA,the benchmarking method,AHP analysismethod and SDCA are used to optimize and improve the existing logistics business process,therefore put forward the optimization scheme;finally guided by the optimized and improved business process,the information system planning theories and methods are used to plan for the function of the logistics information system,after that put forward the function scheme,and the operation effect of the logistics information system is tracked and evaluated.The research content and results of this paper has played a positive role in promoting the level of logistics business of H electronic business platform,but also has a certain reference value for similar enterprises.The paper is organized as follow: the first chapter is the introduction;in the second chapter B2 B e-commerce logistics related theories are reviewed;the third chapter is the description of H platform’s logistics business status quo and the existing problems are analyzed;the key logistics business flows of H platform are optimized in the forth chapter;the fifth chapter introduces the planning and construction of H-ecommerce platform’s logistics information system;finally the research contents of this paper are summarized and prospected. |
