This paper proposed a e-commerce closed-loop supply chain robust optimizationmodel for handling the uncertainty of demands,returns and transportation costs basedon the mode of operation of e-commerce loop supply chain by using robustoptimization methods for e-commerce closed-loop supply chain model simulation,withgood results in terms of processing requirements under the uncertainty ofdemands,returns and transportation costs, making the planning and design morecomplete and stable in e-commerce closed-loop supply chain network,increased thetheoretical guidance for e-commerce enterprise logistics planning.In addition, the main work of this paper are:Firstly, introduced the basis and significance of the topic and elaborated researchpurposes, proposed research methods and research content.Secondly, introduced the B2C e-commerce closed-loop supply chain relatedconcepts, addressed the theories of traditional supply chain and e-commerceclosed-loop supply chain specifically.Thirdly, introduced the relevant robustness and robust optimization theory andmethods, described the uncertainty of e-commerce closed-loop supply chain and robustoptimization methods application in the field of logistics and supply chain.Fourthly, given the closed-loop supply chain B2C e-commerce distribution centerlocation and network optimization model, and given three modes of e-commerceclosed-loop supply chain operation model based on e-commerce and logistics networkcharacteristics.Fifthly, there are many uncertainties exist in the e-commerce closed-loop supplychain network, proposes a e-commerce closed-loop supply chain robust optimization model for handling the uncertainty of demands,returns and transportation costs,integrated forward logistics and reverse logistics, by using the mixed-integer linearprogramming to determine the best location of the logistics center.Sixthly, presented the model simulation of e-commerce closed-loop supply chainmodel and e-commerce robust model; Based on uncertainty of customer demand,returns and transportation cost, proposed the robust model form on the basis ofe-commerce closed-loop supply chain model for the purpose of processing systemparameters disturbances, and numerical example is analyzed and presented acomparative analysis of e-commerce closed-loop supply chain model and robustoptimization model.Finally, the main points of this paper are summarized; the limits of the paper andthe direction which needed to further improvement and research are pointed out..
