In the era of rapid development of information science and technology and the continuous advancement of economic globalization, agricultural food e-commerce is currently in a stage of great stride development against the backdrop of the steady development of e-commerce across the country, and it has become a China's rural poverty alleviation plan and an important way to achieve rural poverty alleviation goals. At the same time, with the continuous expansion of the agricultural product trading market, agricultural food cold chain logistics has also become an indispensable and important part of agricultural food trading activities. The simultaneous development of cold chain logistics can provide agricultural food e-commerce with a high-quality agricultural food logistics service. It greatly meets the residents' demand of high-quality agricultural food, and it has a great development prospect.Agricultural food cold chain logistics is a basic guarantee for the normal operation of agricultural foodt e-commerce services.Agricultural food e-commerce also promotes the integration and development of the cold chain logistics industry to a certain extent. The development of the two promoting the coordinated development of agricultural product e-commerce and cold chain logistics, and it also can integrate regional internal resources, promote the transformation and upgrading of regional industrial structures, and promote the rapid and efficient development of regional economies. This article uses synergetic theory to analyze the connotation of synergistic development of agricultural food e-commerce and cold chain logistics on the basis of consulting a large number of documents and theories,so we can define synergistic effects and their production mechanisms, and summarize the key points of systematic synergy based on synergy factors to build a collaborative development framework for agricultural food e-commerce and cold chain logistics for the collaborative goal. Then,on the basis of previous research and theoretical analysis,we select appropriate order parameter indicators, establish a collaborative development model of the agricultural food e-commerce subsystem and the cold chain logistics composite system, divide the order(synergy)growth type of the composite system, and then based on the central six empirical analysis of relevant provincial data to evaluate the level of coordinated development of agricultural e-commerce and cold chain logistics in six central provinces. Then we got the conclusion:(1)the orderliness of agricultural food e-commerce and cold chain logistics among various provinces generally showed a gradual upward trend, but the improvement of any one subsystem could not bring an increase in overall coordination;(2)The orderly development efficiency of the agricultural food e-commerce subsystem is higher in Henan Province and Hubei Province, and the lowest in Shanxi Province;(3)The highest orderly development efficiency of the cold chain logistics subsystem is Hunan Province and the lowest in Shanxi Province;(4)The level of the overall composite system is still at a low level, with the highest efficiency of collaborative development in Henan Province and the lowest in Shanxi Province;(5)Different provinces have different development foundations, development levels, and orderly development efficiencies, resulting in different directions for each province to upgrade. However, the overall coordination of the six central provinces is at a low level, and there is a lack of coordination at the strategic level of the composite system.Attention should be paid to the construction of the information platform and the layout of the overall coordinated development plan of the six provinces.
