The Research Of T Company's Distribution Center Location Selection

The location of distribution center is a very important part of the whole logistics system,which is related to the strategic deployment of logistics management.For enterprises,the distribution can be understood as the final step of all busines s activities,the efficiency and quality of distribution directly affects the customer satisfaction of the enterprise sales.For the whole supply chain system,the reasonable planning of the distribution center will provide a more solid foundation for the further optimization of the supply chain.The distribution center location will directly affect the efficiency,level and cost of business operations,and related to the overall planning of the strategic level of the whole supply chain system,so we must pay enough attention on the location of distribution center selection.With the rigorous scientific attitude of research and analysis,a suitable model for the optimal solution need to be set up to find the best solution for distribution center selection.This paper takes T company distribution center location problem as an example,introduces the design process of the logistics distribution center location,describes the proposed location problem,analysis of related factors of site selection,data coll ection and collation,address primaries,a location model for several typical modeling,location problem,the solution of the model,the evaluation result of location.This paper establishes mathematical model by focusing on enterprise actual data,then so lves practical problems and provides guidance.With the consideration of self evaluation and the running result of solver program,T plans to set up a logistics center in Suzhou,among Suzhou high tech logistics park,Kunshan logistics park,Changshu logistics park,logistics park in Zhangjiagang and Taicang logistics park.According to the macroeconomic situation of the development of logistics in Suzhou,a collection of resources of different logistics park,through the method of qualitative analysis and AHP analysis,determine Suzhou high-tech logistics park is the best choice.In line with the company's develop plan,T re-design the job allocation of Shanghai Waigaoqiao DC and Suzhou high-tech logistics park DC.T emphasizes excellent service level as th e 1st priority.The new distribution center will surely become the safeguard of the development strategy.
