Service Modular Value Network Governance Mechanism Analyzation

In the context of the new to the depth of development,the related research service modularization and network organization has become one of the research hotspots.First,the demand for customer service products has shifted from the demand for quantity to the demand for quality,the traditional value chain creation model has been outdated,the value creation mode of network organization has become an inevitable trend of the times.Second,The enterprise is reducing costs,increasing production capacity and benefit,which promote academia to study service modularization theory in depth.However,through the literature combing found that the past on the service modular and network organization governance research,there are still many deficiencies,mainly in four aspects:1.The relationship of service modularization and network organization,the differences of service modular value network and other network organization,but the academic community has yet to form a unified consensus.2.The study on the Theory of Modular Value Network Governance Based on Governance Mechanism,which is in a fragmented state for academia.3.How the industrial environment affects the network management and governance mechanism of the modular value of the service,however,the existing research is mainly from the service modular or network management of a certain aspect of this study,did not systematically.4.At present,the relevant theoretical study on the network governance mechanism of service modular value is mostly from a certain case or the construction of specific model perspective,which is not discussed in depth from the industrial comparative perspective.Based on the above understanding,this paper analyzed the service modular value network and the service modular value network governance mechanism one by one,test and verify by the exploratory case comparative analysis method,and puts forward the improvement path of the service modular value network governance mechanism.The full text is divided into several parts:1.On the basis of the theoretical review,the paper explained the evolution of the modular value network of service,the formation mechanism and the structural characteristics of the service modular value network clearly.2.On the basis of the above,this paper elaborated the construction elements,types and construction factors of the service modular value network governance mechanism,and analyzed the running path and operation risk of the service modular value network governance mechanism.3.Use exploratory case analysis,analyzed the design and operation path of the modular network governance mechanism of the cigarette industry and the dairy industry from the perspective of the constituent elements of the modular value network management mechanism,and draws the corresponding conclusion.Based on the above study,We found that the industrial environment has a significant impact on the modular value network management mechanism of service,Whether it is high-level or bottom-level service modular value network in the service modular governance mechanism implementation process are faced with service modular dilemma,the fundamental reason is that the service modular governance mechanism is not perfect,whether it is high-level or bottom-level service modular value network in the service modular governance mechanism implementation process are faced with service modular difficulties,Its fundamental reason is that the service modularization mechanism is not perfect.So this paper proposes five kinds of service modular value network governance mechanism improvement path,namely interface rule standard and program design,system segmentation,system integration,knowledge sharing and innovation mechanism improvement path,includes the interface rules and program design,system segmentation,system integration,knowledge sharing and innovation mechanism to improve the path.
