Over the years,with the rapid development of economy in our country in the international market economy plays a more and more important role.If you want to continue to maintain and enhance the enterprise the advantages,it is necessary to use the incentive mechanism to motivate the workers,to arouse their enthusiasm and morale,to create greater value for the enterprise.As an example,In the tobacco Company in Altay this paper research on the incentive mechanism of the main points and four steps:The first step,the definition of incentive mechanism,and its related content briefly.According to the international academia,and introduces the theory of incentive mechanism of domestic,especially the theoretical basis for the role of incentive mechanism has a lot to promote,make full use of the related literature material,especially for Edward lawler and jens lehmann potter conduct research on the basis of comprehensive incentive model is put forward.Second,Objective on the current situation of Altay tobacco company is introduced,through the form of questionnaire,the incentive mechanism of enterprise current use has carried on the thorough analysis,and found that there are many flaws.Combined with the current market environment,to lead to internal and external causes of these problems has carried on the thorough analysis.The third step,according to the situation of Altay tobacco company,to carry out the competency assessment for each employee,through the assessment result and performance evaluation results,a comprehensive analysis by using Boston matrix,classify the entire employees according to the characteristics of each type of employees,formulate different incentive strategies.At the same time improve the incentive mechanism of application,through to the salary distribution,performance appraisal,recruitment,employment,education and training,and other related incentive system construction,common structures,Altay tobacco incentive system platform,the formation of Altay the new incentivemechanism system of tobacco.Finally,the paper according to the specific detailed rules for the implementation of the new incentive mechanism are studied,in order to ensure system implementation in place,so as to play a proper role.In thinking about what measures are taken to ensure that the new system implementation in place,the policy environment,etc are discussed in detailed examination,thus for the effective implementation of the new system to grasp the accurate direction.
