Since Jan.2013,State Council in <energy development" 10.25 "planning"> made it clear:" In the future,the state will further relax energy investment and financing access restrictions,and encourage private capital into the laws and regulations do not explicitly prohibited by the energy sector,to promote the oil and gas pipeline etc.infrastructure investment diversification." The country gradually let go of the monopoly of the energy industry,many private capital into the oil market.In the background of country encouraging non-public sectors of the economy into the energy development market,Guangxi Xinxin Energy Technology Co.,Ltd.put into production smoothly in 2014,it is a processing and energy technology research and development company.It developed rapidly since it found,but it has been caught in a bottleneck in the enterprise human resources management: high mobility of enterprise employees,poor stability and so on.This study selected the company as a representative of the private energy companies,using the method of questionnaire survey,combined with the problems of the human resource management of the company,selection of organizational commitment and employee loyalty of the two latent variable concept,through research and data collection for half a year,from organizational commitment dimensions: affective commitment,normative commitment and continuance commitment perspective,using regression model analysis and correlation model analysis complete analysis of the specific reasons for the company employee loyalty is low,sort out the organizational Guangxi Xinxin energy science and technology limited company as the representative of the private enterprises in the energy relationship between allegiance and loyalty,on the light of the related research conclusion,put forward some suggestions for improvement of human resources development in Guangxi Xinxin Energy Technology Co.Ltd,from many angles,expect private energy enterprise human resources management for reference.The results of the study show that: in Guangxi Xinxin Energy Technology Co.,Ltd.employee groups,(1)the employee affective commitment has positive effect onemployee loyalty;(2)the normative commitment of employee loyalty is positive effect only in the standard commitment to behavior loyalty in this group,and normative commitment of attitude loyalty not reflect positive relationship(3)continued commitment to attitude loyalty positively significant influence,and to behavior loyalty and positive effect has not been reflected.This combination of empirical research conclusions of specific companies and previous studies there is a certain difference.According to the conclusion,in Guangxi Xinxin Energy Technology Co.,Ltd.,this study from the affective commitment,normative commitment,continuance commitment three point of view,respectively,put forward the improved several suggestions on the company's human resources management:(1)Shu Liren this concept,establish a good emotional ties;(2)establish smooth channels of information,create a good environment for communication(3)improve the training mode,enhance the sense of organizational responsibility;(4)guide employees to abandon prejudice and to improve their loyalty;(5)the perfect salary system,improve the welfare and security.
