On The Coordination Between Ecological Environment And Economic Development At Hotan Prefecture Based On Change Of Ecosystem Service Value

The economic development level of the Hotan Prefecture has been greatly improved in recent years by the implementation of the national western development policy.At the same time,with the increase in the number of population increased year by year,and the excessive development of existing natural resources and accelerate the loss,and the use of extensive economic growth model,making the ecological environment in Hotan Prefecture has undergone significant changes.These factors led to the sharp decline of natural resources,environmental pollution,deterioration of ecological quality,making the ecological and environmental problems in the Hotan Prefecture rapid economic development process has become increasingly prominent.So to explore the relationship between the value of the ecosystem services caused by the change of land use patterns in the Hotan Prefecture,analysis of the coordination between ecological environment and economic development,taking into account the existing basic conditions of economic development in Hotan Prefecture,at the same time in the protection of the basic environment of the ecological environment,it is of great practical significance to study whether the Hotan Prefecture can achieve sustainable development.This paper analyzes the changes of land use quantity and its dynamic attitude in Hotan Prefecture by using various land use statistics of Hotan Prefecture;According to the equivalent method established by Xie Gaodi et al,the total value of ecosystem services of various types of land use was assessed,The trend of ecosystem service value and the sensitivity of its value coefficient are analyzed and discussed;ecological and economic systems as the criterion layer,so as to construct the evaluation index system of ecological environment quality and economic development level in Hotan Prefecture;The coupling coordination model of ecological environment and economic development is proposed by Liao Jianbin et al,combined with the measurement and analysis methods,mathematical methods and statistical analysis of coordination degree index system,To evaluate the coordination degree and coordinateddevelopment degree of the ecological environment and economic development,and to analyze the relationship between them;According to the ecological and economic coordination index model proposed by Wu Jianzhai et al,Based on the total value of ecosystem services and the level of economic development index,the index of ecological and economic coordination in Hotan Prefecture was evaluated,and the relationship between them was analyzed and discussed.The results of this paper are as follows:(1)Hotan Prefecture during the 16 years,due to economic development needs and vigorously develop the agricultural and fruit industry economy,thus changing the way of land use,making the garden and arable land are showing an increasing trend year by year,much of the increase is due to the use of land near the source of water and some unused land,making the number of land use types of changes in the number of more obvious.The garden is one of the largest land use types,and the dynamic degree is 9.17%,the area of the garden increased from 1.79 ×104 hm2 in 2000 to 4.26×104 hm2 in 2015 an increase of 137.51%.(2)As the area and farmland area are increasing year by year,this part of the ecosystem service value increased significantly,at the same time,the total value of ecosystem services in Hotan Prefecture is rising and increasing every year,from41.2943 ×108 yuan in 2000 to 119.3242× 108 yuan in 2015 an increase of 189%.Among them,the value of ecological services provided by the garden is only about0.3% in the proportion of the value of the year,but the proportion is increasing year by year.2000 to 133.7×108 yuan increased to 887.5×108 yuan in 2015 an increase of573.88%.(3)Because of the economic growth and optional reclaiming land makes the original ecological system is destroyed,resulting in economic growth at the same time,the coordination of relationship between ecological environment and gradually becomes poor;The coordination rate dropped from 0.999 in 2000 to 0.396 in 2015 from a coordinated development class to a mild disorder;Coordinated developmentfell from 0.094 in 2000 to 0.043 in 2015 from Extreme disorder and recession to on the verge of economic recession type;While the ecological coordination index fell from 0.508 to 0.273,Moderate coordination relationship evolved into low coordination relationship.Through the comparison of these three aspects,it is found that the coordination relationship between ecological environment and economic development in Hotan Prefecture shows a trend of declining year by year,and the coordination relationship between the two is worse.According to the basic conditions for economic development in Hotan Prefecture,and in the protection of the ecological environment on the bottom line of economic development in Hetian area and puts forward the reasonable countermeasures and suggestions of ecological construction of Hotan Prefecture to develop a reasonable plan for scientific,ecological planning,to provide theoretical support for the stable and healthy development of Hotan Prefecture.
