Research On Influencing Factors Of Manufacturing Enterprises Environmental Innovation Behavior

The influencing factors and management countermeasures of enterprise environmental innovation behavior has become a hot topic in recent years,and it is also a far-reaching reality subject,which is of great significance to the construction of ecological civilization and sustainable development of our country.In 2008,the concept of "National Environmental Innovation Program” was laid out by a research group,which focused on environmental innovation,of China Environmental and Development International Cooperation Committee(CCICED).The importance of environmental innovation issue is increasingly attended by our government,and they realized that the sustainable development can only be maintained if the environmental innovation strategy being implemented in every segment of our society.In recent years,with the improvement of international environmental regulations,the implementation of domestic environmental innovation policy and the enhancement of environmental awareness of the whole people,the environmental behavior of manufacturing enterprises,which provided necessary basis material for social development,has been greatly improved.But different manufacturing enterprises have shown considerable differences in the aspect of the attitude and behavior when we looking into the environmental innovation.Yangtze River Delta is known as one of the most gathering places of manufacturing enterprises,this paper is going to take those entities as study objects,in order to explore and understand the influencing factors of environmental innovation behavior.Some policy suggestions with strong scientificity,pertinence and maneuverability has also been proposed.Through the research and analysis of the theory of planning behavior,enterprise strength theory and other related management literatures,combined with the reality of manufacturing enterprise environmental innovation behavior,and after analyzed three influencing factors of environmental innovation behavior of manufacturing enterprises,a concept mode named as “manufacturing enterprise environment innovation behavior influencing factors” has been constructed.Apart from that,how the questionnaire was designed such as the design method,the design basis of the measurement item and the origin of the measurement index along with the selection of the research sample,the sent out and recovery of this questionnaire are described in detail as well.After then,software SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0 were used to analyze the reliability and validity of the data,they were also been used for the analysis of variance,regression analysis and structural model verification.Thus a further study and discuss was carried out.According to the theoretical analysis and empirical test,some conclusions can be drawn as below:(1)The evaluation of environmental innovation behavior of manufacturing enterprises can be divided into five dimensions according to the product life cycle.Or we could say the implementation of environmental innovation in actual production or operation of the manufacturing enterprises can be combined with the product-life-cycle assessment method refined into five dimensions,sequenced as product design,raw material selection,production process,waste disposal,storage and transportation.This refinement could be used as a reference for further researches.(2)The theory of planned behavior can explain the mechanism of environmental innovation behavior of manufacturing enterprises.In general,the environmental innovation behavior of manufacturing enterprises depends on the willingness of environmental innovation,and this willingness is influenced by the attitude of environmental innovation behavior,subjective norms and perceived behavior control.Among them,the behavior attitude on the environmental innovation will be the most significant impact.The enterprise's environmental innovation behavior is positively influenced by those three factors though the mediating effect of Environmental innovation behavioral willingness.Although the perceived behavioral control can also have direct impact on environmental innovation behavior,but its role is not very relevant,the intermediary role of willingness is much more vital.(3)The level of environmental innovation behavior of foreign-funded manufacturing enterprises is relatively higher.After an analysis of the variance of environmental innovation behavior,the evaluation score of of foreign-funded manufacturing enterprises is higher than the same of Chinese enterprises,and the score will be increase in the wake of the foreign controlling shareholding.The key difference between foreign-funded enterprises and Chinese-funded enterprises in environmental innovation management aspect is that,the foreign-funded enterprises are internationally managed by their parent companies.Their parent companies provided suitable training,guiding,and funding human resource support to let them take in lead.
