The sustainable development of modern society is based on energy consumption.The use of energy directly promotes the rapid development of the modern society,the efficiency of energy utilization is very important to the development of socioeconomic and the national security.Since the reform and opening up in 1978,China has been developing quickly,the deve lopment of the real estate and infrastructure construction industry directly promoted the sustainable development of China's economy,so the construction industry has become the most important part in the troika for economic growth.Our economy has achieved rapid growth for many years so long,along with this process,China has become the second largest energy consuming countries in the world only after the United States,energy problem has become a direct impact on China's economic development.Moreover,the construction industry can undertake domestic huge government investment,and the construction industry is an important industry which can promote the development of upstream and downstream related industries,so that it is important to make sure the level of energy intensity and make further analyze about the influence factors of the internal and external sectors,which is the basis for building a blueprint for development,optimizing the industrial layout and improving economic efficiency.In order to make further analysis of the high energy intensity about C hina's construction industry in the long-term,and make further analysis about the factors behind the micro factors and macro effects,on the basis of previous studies,this paper calculated the energy consumption include consumptive material energy consumption and the terminal energy consumption creatively to get the formation of full scale construction industry energy consumption data.Then the LMDI and Refined Laspeyres index decomposition method is used to analyze the influencing factors of energy consumption in the national,Eastern,central and western traditional economic regions,in order to obtain the internal efficiency factors and regional factors and measure the influence of these two industry factors on energy intensity.Then the DEA method is used to calculate the total-factor energy efficiency index,and the paper uses Tobit regression model to make a robust test.Based on Chinese provincial panel data from 2005 to 2014,by LMDI and Refined Laspeyres index decomposition method,the factors affecting the internal efficiency of construction industry in our country energy intensity and structure elements,the data showed that common factors and the internal efficiency of industry structure factors influence the energy intensity,but significant contribution to the efficiency factors.In order to analysis the influence factors of energy intensity,by establishing the static and dynamic panel model,the empirical shows that urbanization,energy structure and the ratio of state-owned enterprises to improve the energy intensity,the degree of industrial development,per capital GDP and the level of science and technology to reduce energy intensity,but no significant role in the level of science and technology has brought about.According to the problems,this paper presents suggestions.The first is that government should develop appropriate energy saving policies according to the regional differences and adjust the scale of investment.The second is that government still should develop economic,improve the industrial structure,optimize the energy structure and so on.The third is to reduce energy intensity by marketization.
