Studies Of Sustained Ability Of Independent Innovation Under The Regional Cluster Environment

On the China's"11th Five-Year"plan, it makes clear that China must fully implement the scientific development concept, take the improvement of ability of independent innovation as the strategic base for scientific and technological development and industrial restructuring and the transformation of the mode of growth. They are the central link. Practice has proved that only by enhancing the capability of independent innovation, we can translate completely from extensive growth mode out of high scientific and technological content to good economic returns, low resource consumption and less environmental pollution. The current ability of independent innovation is also an increasingly important competitive advantage .Studis on the sustainable ability of independent innovation under regional cluster environment is very meaningful.On rational discussion in the study, the general theoretical analysis of this study will become the principal method of choice. Analysis of the theoretical analysis integrates qualitative and quantitative analysis, macro and micro analysis, static analysis and dynamic analysis, ecology, optimization theory, game theory, dynamic systems theory and social capital theory.From ecological perspective, by the existing theoretical model of the ecology of industrial clusters we establish a simplified model of the industry cluster included only two enterprise group. On this basis, through model simulation data analysis we found that strong enterprise group will rise in the number of enterprises with the development of industrial clusters. Then, using game theory and the theory of optimization theory we confirme that strong enterprises in the industry cluster is a major investor in research and development of common technology and common technology supplier. On the above analysis we believe that common technology is conducive to the formation and development of sustainable ability of independent innovation. So under the regional cluster environment, sustainable ability of independent innovation will be further promoted.From the angle of innovative network, under the regional industry cluster environment, enterprises will conduct a specialized division in the pursuit of economic efficiency. Actors of cluster forme synergies collaborative innovative network. Through the use of network resources ,network functions and convenient means of network , diffusion of technological innovation and effective technical studyeffectively promote development of industrial the formation and development of the ability of independent innovation.From the perspective of innovative culture, in industry cluster there are a lot of innotive culture .As the core layer of the capital structure it is the powerful role at the core of social capital and the outer layer. It can create innovative nature of the social capital. Through study on the relationship between social capital and innovation context we think that the innovative nature of the social capital is conducive to the formation ,the development and consolidation of innovative context.It will further promoe the development of the sustained capability of independent innovation in the industry cluster. To illustrate this process of formation, We establish game model of the independent innovation, from the perspective of the empirical analysis.The scope of the research ability of independent innovation is enlarged.It will be placed under the background of the theory of regional cluster environment.It shows that process of formation of ability of independent innovation and continuous evolution of the formation mechanism. It broadens the research ideas of ability of independent innovation. According to the path of research, It can provide policy theoretical basis for independent innovation.So this study has some practical significance. But in the study, there are a lot of deficiencies and the need to be further strengthened. For example, through the relationship of the innovative network and innovative culture, can we understand how to affect the ability of independent innovation? In addition, if there is border on the development of industry cluster, how it to affect the ability of independent innovation with the development of industry cluster? Finally, how does the industry cluster to restraint ability of independent innovation and how can we try to avoid? These issues must be explored further, it is the follow-up research.
