Research On Government's Promotion Of Synergetic Development Of Software Industry In Yangtze River Delta

Since the 21 st century,the software industry in China has been developing rapidly and has gradually grown into one of the Chinese strategic emerging industries with own advantages,the governments have been attaching great importance to its development.In recent years,the software industry in Yangtze River Delta has made great achievements and has the ambition for further development.However,a new round of technological innovation and industrial revolution has emerged in global market which brings about huge challenges to the software industry,if the Yangtze River Delta has desires to hold a certain share in the reshaping international competition,the local governments will enhance cooperation necessarily through integrating the regional superior resources and pushing synergetic development of software industry.The thesis selects literature research method,comparative analysis method,SWOT analysis method and gray correlation analysis method as research tools,and from the perspective of governments of Yangtze River Delta to define and expound the concepts and theories related to software industry and analysis the situation of synergetic development of regional software industry and the structure of software industry in Yangtze River Delta,finally,it puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems found in the research process.From the results of SWOT analysis,the synergetic development of the Yangtze River Delta has both the advantages and the external opportunities,but there are some problems in the willingness of synergetic development of local governments,the distribution of the human resources,the key technologies and the development strength,besides,some threats from domestic and international markets still exist.As far as the gray correlation analysis results of the software industry structure,it reveals that although the overall development trend of Yangtze River Delta is in good state,there is industrial isomorphism problem,which is unfavorable for the synergetic development of software industry,fortunately,there are still factors conducive to the collaborative division of labor.In view of the problems found from the analysis,the thesis puts forward the countermeasures to cope with the unfavorable situation of the synergetic development of software industry in Yangtze River Delta from the government's willingness,governmental policies,innovation and intellectual property rights protection,and the cooperative management of industry.At the same time,the thesis suggests that the Yangtze River Delta government to guide the layout of the software industry to break through the regional market barriers to promote the regional software industry division and make it reasonable,meanwhile,the benefit-sharing compensation mechanism should be established to balance local interests,in the process,the governments should also encourage the software industry to participate in international industrial division actively to occupy a share in the reshaping international market.
