Along with time and the replacement of generations,young employees step into their working career,including the 80 s,who have almost become the strong support in the society,and the 90 s,who are now trying actively.Young generations are different from their fathers.They live better lives with wilder experience and insights.They are of stronger independence and pursue freedom and individualism.Being strained is the last thing they want to do.No matter in life or in work.Suffering in the complicate working career,young generations can always find easy ways to handle the hard problems by designing their own working style.This bottom-to-up kind of work designing is called “Job Crafting”.And this paper will focus on this core concept to discover the internal relations between Job Crafting and leadership environment,and the effect on enterprise performance.As for leadership style,this paper chooses two kinds of styles,Paternalistic Leadership and Transformational Leadership.In order to seek which kind of leadership style can provoke the Job Crafting spirit of employees the most and lead to a positive effect to the final performance.Under the background above,this paper researches the effect of Job Crafting on enterprise performance,the difference of putting Job Crafting into two kinds of leadership styles,and if Job Crafting has a mediation effect between leadership styles and enterprise performance.This paper is divided into six parts,introduction,literature review,deduction,empirical study,case studies,and conclusion.Through the empirical study,the following results have been found.Both Paternalistic Leadership and Transformational Leadership have positive effects on enterprise performance.Job Crafting has a positive effect on enterprise performance.Job Crafting has a complete mediation effect between leadership styles and enterprise performance.
