This study selected 305 employees from Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei,Shanghai,Anhui and other cities as the object of empirical research,and discussed the influence of paternalistic leadership on adaptive performance,as well as the chain intermediary role of organizational identity and job crafting.Statistical methods such as confirmatory factor analysis,independent sample T test,variance analysis and mediating effect test were used to explore the relationship between paternalistic leadership,organizational identity,job crafting and adaptive performance.The results showed that:(1)On the whole,the performance of employees' paternalistic leadership,organizational identity,job crafting and adaptability are above the average level;(2)Paternalistic leadership and organizational identity have significant differences in position,high position,employees perceived paternalistic leadership level and organizational identity is high;job crafting and adaptive performance have significant differences in gender and position,boys in more challenging demand level is significantly higher than girls,boys in pressure and emergency treatment,creative problem solving and interpersonal and culture promote level were significantly higher than girls,on the positions and continuous learning has shown significant gender differences;Senior leaders are significantly more likely to increase structural resources,increase social resources,increase challenging resources and reduce hindrance demand than low-ranking employees,while senior leaders are significantly more likely to increase pressure and emergency management,innovative problem solving,continuous learning and cultural and interpersonal promotion than low-ranking employees;(3)There was a significant positive correlation between two variables: paternalistic leadership,organizational identity,job crafting and adaptive performance;(4)Paternalistic leadership positively predicts adaptive performance;(5)Job crafting plays an intermediary role between paternalistic leadership and adaptive performance,while organizational identity plays an insignificant role between paternalistic leadership and adaptive performance;(6)Organizational identity and job remodeling play a chain mediating role betweenpaternalistic leadership and adaptive performance;The data results of this study were analyzed,the following Suggestions were made:(1)Improve the awareness of benevolent leadership and moral leadership;(2)Decentralized leadership,develop employees' job crafting;(3)Enhance employees' sense of organizational identity;(4)Improve employees' adaptive performance through training;...
