Big data,cloud computing,"New Normal" for the economy,enterprises maintain creativity is the key to deal with the new situation.Everyone has the potential of creativity,and creativity is exploitable.However,to develop,improve person's creative potential needs a variety of qualities.And humor is one of the important qualities.Humor and creativity are significantly positive correlation.And a premise of humor is self-esteem need can be met.All human behaviors are caused by some kind of motives.People's humor is also caused and maintained by humor motives.Humor Achievement Motivation impacts creative process,and then affects the ultimate creativity.Reference for development thought of learning motivation to put forward the concept of humor motive.Self-esteem is one of the core factors of personality traits,and it is closely related to creativity.Self-esteem may affect the staff creativity by the Humor Achievement Motivation.On the basis of this,Humor Achievement Motivation is used as the mediator variable to study the relationship among self-esteem,humor motive and employee creativity,and to test the mediating effect of humor motive.Deepen and enrich the study of humor motive.It can provide theoretical guidance for enterprise human resource management practice.It is to provide new ideas for enterprises to develop and cultivate staff creativity.In order to achieve the above purpose,this paper,based on the existing measurement scale,adjusts the scale of self-esteem,humor motive and employee's creativity according to the research conditions and the characteristics of the sample.Selected the employees as the survey object.The data were collected on the online distribution questionnaire of the employees.The data were screened.Finally,301 valid samples(including 125 males and 176 females)were used in this study.SPSS19.0 and Mplus7.0 were used to analyse the effective data.The results show that: the ? coefficient of self-esteem variable is 0.849 and KMO is 0.903;the ? coefficient of Achieving Humor Success Motivation and Avoiding Humor Failure Motivation are 0.854,0.911,and the KMO values are 0.891 and 0.940,the alpha coefficient of the total questionnaire is 0.788 and the KMO is 0.906;the ?coefficient of the employee's creativity variable is 0.936 and the KMO is 0.928.The value is above the acceptable range,indicating that the reliability of the scale is higher,with a high structural validity.Second,the difference analysis: age and education degrees in self-esteem,humor and staff creativity in the dimension did not reflect thedifference;Gender only reflect the difference in the dimension of the Humor Failure Motivation;Working-age and levels of position are only different in the employee's creativity variables.The nature of the job reflects the difference between self-esteem and Achieving Humor Success Motivation.Third,regression analysis: self-esteem is positively related to Achieving Humor Success Motivation,and negatively related to Avoiding Humor Failure Motivation;Self-esteem is positively related to employee creativity;Achieving Humor Success Motivation and employee creativity positively correlated;Avoiding Humor Failure Motivation is negatively related to employee creativity.Fourth,the intermediary effect analysis: Humor Achievement Motivation in the self-esteem and the creativity of the staff plays a full intermediary role.The results confirm the hypothetical model,which clearly illustrates the complex intrinsic relationship between self-esteem,humor achievement motivation,and employee creativity.In particular,the results support the hypothesis that the higher of self-esteem,the stronger achieving humor success motivation is,the weaker of avoiding humor failure motivation is;and the stronger of achieving humor success motivation,the more frequent expression humor in social interaction.It will bring us richer social experience,higher level of creativity;And the stronger of avoiding humor failure motivation,the less frequent expression humor in social interaction.It will bring us poorer social experience,lower level of creativity;Humor achievement motivation in self-esteem and employee creativity plays a complete intermediary role.Then we discuss the research results and put forward suggestions to improve the creativity of employees and promote the improvement of enterprise performance,so as to provide reference for the development of employees' creativity.
