Research On The Relationship Between Logistics Industry And Economic Growth In Guangdong Province

With the rapid development of economic globalization,the global logistics industry is in accelerating development.Logistics industry is a new industry and with the coming of transportation integration,more and more attention has been paid to logistics industry.Logistics field is regarded as the third profit source,its development level is one of the important symbol to measure a national and regional economic strength and the degree of modernization.Guangdong province has a developed logistics industry and has a higher level of economic development compared with other province in China,analysis of the logistics industry in Guangdong province has positive effect on economic growth,understanding the current situation,and it is particularly important in the new normal of economic.In this paper,logistics industry in Guangdong Province is the research object.On the basis of summing up the theories of relationship between logistics industry and economic growth of the domestic and foreign scholars.This paper is writing in as the following logic: Firstly,collecting large amounts of data in transportation,describe the current situation from three aspects,the overall situation,the logistics supply capability and logistics needs of the logistics industry in Guangdong province.Secondly,by observing and comparing the correlation,introduced the logistic model.Get the regression equation as a result,and after marginal analysis,elastic analysis,get detailed number if the Freight Ton-kilometers increased 1 ton-kilometers,will cause the GDP of Guangdong province increased about RMB 4 211 910 000 yuan;And if the Freight Ton-kilometers increased 1%,the growth of GDP is 0.4795%.Thirdly,using the grey correlation method to calculate the grey correlation between the factors of logistics industry and economic growth,and then list from big to small: Gross value of transport,warehousing and postal services > Port Cargo Throughput > Freight Volume > Fixed Assets Investment > Total Length of Transport Lines > Freight Ton-kilometers > Number of employees of transport,warehousing and postal services.Finally,based on the conclusion,provide policy suggestions,that is to adjust the concept of development,promote the logistics industry in the way of the third party service,information and clean.Strengthen the advantages of the port in Guangdong Province.
