The Study On Performance Estimate In Science & Technology Cooperation Between China And Association Of Southeast Asian Nations

In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology cooperation between China and ASEAN countries,China and ASEAN countries have implemented more than One thousand cooperation projects in agriculture,health care,energy and other fields.However,most of the literatures on the scientific and technological cooperation between China and ASEAN countries are mainly qualitative research before 2010.In view of the current lack of China ASEAN cooperation in science and technology research,this paper from three aspects of scientific and technological exchanges,trade and investment to select thirteen indicators as independent variables to measure the performance of scientific and technological cooperation,and in Singapore,Malaysia,Indonesia,Thailand,Philippines five countries for 2011-2015 as the sample data was analyzed by principal component analysis,the results show that in science and technology the cooperation performance is mainly affected by the output of science and technology,scientific and technological exchanges,science and technology input and output talent capital four aspects,and puts forward relevant policy suggestions according to the above four aspects.
