Research On Evaluation Model Of Performance Of Dominant Science And Technology Innovation Team In Jiangxi

Science and technology innovation team, as an important form of scientific andtechnological innovation, is the key to strengthen national capacity for independentinnovation. Dominant science and technology innovation Team in Jiangxi is already the mainforce of technological innovation. Establishing systematic and scientific performanceevaluation model is an important means to improve the performance of science andtechnology innovation team of Jiangxi.In view of the dominant science and technology innovation team in Jiangxi building andperformance management status, using the principle of balanced scorecard, performanceevaluation index system is designed. Adopting principal component analysis, performanceevaluation model is constructed. On this basis, selecting65samples for the study,performance evaluation model is applied. Through factor analysis of performance data, theperformance evaluation index system is adjusted to make it more scientific. By analyzing theperformance evaluation results, there are many problems, including weak innovation ability,not many major projects, few major projects, lack of investment, lack of talent, low outputproblems. To solve these problems, it is recommended to encourage “production, study andresearch” collaborative innovation, promote exchanges and cooperation, establish andimprove investment security system, pay attention to talent construction projects, improve thesupporting services platform actively, strengthen market awareness and so on.
