A Study On Improvement Of Management Controlling System In Maqas Foundation

Service organizations have invested in the improving of central management control systems,even using solution initially targeted commercial companies.The central management control system has superior information processing capabilities combined with an ability to adjust the financial reports.The main problem addressed in this study is Weakness in the management control due to the absence of an administrative system that links all the branches of the company with the central administration.Because of this problem,the central management of the company suffers from difficulties in carrying out administrative procedures such as planning,organization,control and decision making process.As a result the company is suffering from poor business performance and the top management facing difficulties in adjusting and controlling of the expenses and revenues,that will lead to facing difficulties to close the year in the exact time this will effect making decisions in order to maintain the compete with the rivals.The purpose of this research is to study on of improvement on management controlling system and where it will be useful in Maqas foundation.This research is a study on improvement of management control system in Maqas Foundation.This research will provide a road-map to the foundation in order to improve the management control system according to the results of assessing the current systems running in the foundation and analyzing the needs of the foundation for a management control system.The study will assess the critical success factors the improving of a central management control system in Maqas Foundation.
