Study The Evaluation Of Urbanization Level And Countermaesures In Guizhou Province

Urbanization is the only way to develop the regional economy.Guizhou province,located in the southwest of China, is a developing province. To accelerate the regional economic development in Guizhou Province, it has important strategic significance to measure the level of urbanization in Guizhou Province.This article obtains from the urbanization research dynamic and related theory, from regional economic and urban spatial distribution two aspects to introduce the status quo of the urbanization in GuiZhou Province.The following problems of urbanization in GuiZhou Province are summarized: the regional economic backwardness, unreasonable industrial layout,small cities lack of characteristic industry support.On the basis of the investigation of the current situation of urbanization in GuiZhou Province, this article selects the index of population urbanization rate and use the to fit the, which rein fact Logistic model to describe the change of urbanization level over time . Urbanization can be described from three perspectives, which are population urbanization, economic urbanization and social urbanization respectively. Based on the indexes collected from statistical yearbook, this article managed to measure the comprehensive level of urbanization in Guizhou Province.Combining qualitative urbanization stage division theory and quantitative empirical research, this paper concluded that comprehensive level of urbanization in Guizhou Province is low in the early stages of urbanization. Through the factor analysis and the combination of empowerment analysis, it is found that economic, population and social factors have an important influence on the overall level of urbanization in Guizhou Province. Population is the main part of urbanization. The population factor restricts the level of urbanization in Guizhou Province. Economy is the driving force of urbanization. Economic factors,unreasonable economic structure and low in economic efficiency, restricts the level of urbanization in Guizhou Province. Society is the support of urbanization. social factors, backwardness of infrastructure and environmental pollution, restrict the level of urbanization in Guizhou Province. On the basis of empirical research, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the urbanization level of Guizhou Province by accelerating the urban and rural population movement, promoting the development of regional economy, increasing the evaluation of industrial cluster development at home and abroad, through the comparison and selection of various indicators, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of industrial cluster development in Shaanxi province. This paper standardizes index data with the location quotient theory,calculates different types of industrial cluster score with the method of entropy weight, and makes reasonable evaluation on the development level of industrial clusters in Shaanxi province. On the basis of the scores of industrial clusters in Shaanxi Province, this paper analyses the influencing factors of industrial cluster development level in Shaanxi province by principal component analysis and linear regression analysis.The research shows that the industrial clusters in Shaanxi province is at an important stage of transition from growing to maturity, and the three factors of supporting industry, government policy and enterprise in cluster have the most influence on the development of industry cluster in Shaanxi Province. Finally, the paper put forward relevant suggestions on how to promote the development of industrial clusters in Shaanxi Province, hoping to enrich the evaluation about the development of China’s industrial cluster theory, and to promote the future development of the industrial clusters in Shaanxi Province.
