Research On Development Of Industrial Cluster In Jiangxi Province

Industry cluster breaks through the boundary between enterprises and a singleindustry, focusing on interactions between enterprises, industry, government andrelated agencies which has competition and cooperation relationship in particularareas,and has become an important means of the development of regional economy. Itanalyzes and speculates the harmonious development between economic and socialityfrom regional whole system, to comprehensively investigate the competitiveadvantage of a specific area, to further think the near regional competition andcooperation, and it provides a new perspective for thinking and analyzing a countryor region’s economic development and making corresponding policies, and it alsoprovides the role of the new thinking method for the enterprise, government andother institutions, even it provides a new thinking for constructing relationshipbetween enterprises and enterprises, and enterprises and the government, enterprisesand other organizations. So, no matter traditional industry cluster, or high-techindustry cluster, it has become an important way for a country or a region to gain thecompetitive advantage.This study object of this thesis is the industry cluster, it uses the way to combinestheory with practice, microscopic research with macroscopic research, the standardanalysis with empirical analysis, comparative analysis with statistical analysis, staticanalyses with dynamic analyses, following principles from theory to practice, thegeneral to the specific, adopting the area relatively specialization index analysis andarea specialization index analysis, going deep to analyze the development of industrialcluster development status and difference of Jiangxi province and Zhejiang province.In addition, this paper also provides specific policy recommendations on makeinfrastructure more perfect and pulling in funds to construct a new pattern of theopening to the outside world; and reforming the administrative system, developing thenon-public sector of the economy and the strategy that uses talented people to makeown province stronger to promote enterprises’ technology innovation ability; andfostering new industries, building the modern industrial systems, and so on.
