With the development of knowledge economy,the quality of human resources has become knowledge,technology and intelligence,is the enterprise survival and development of an important role,the traditional financial accounting is to keep up with the tide of times development,to develop the human resource accounting.GL company as a high-tech enterprises,is dense,the knowledge intensive enterprise,human resource to human resources as a carrier of information,technology and knowledge are the key factors that create corporate earnings.Existing in our country high-tech enterprise value more and more pay attention to talents,and talent play a major role in the company.Today,the market competition is intense,the enterprise wants to long-term stable development,must have the advanced management thought,on the basis of the traditional financial accounting development human resource accounting.However,is different from material resources,human resources itself is uncertain and special resources,so far,the measurement of human resource value is still a major problem.to be solved,it directly affects the promotion and application of human resource accountingIn this paper,using the theory of existing human resources accounting,measured in the classification of human resources as the clue,to scientific and rational classification of human resources in monetary measurement method and non-monetary measurement method as the method,each type of the value of human resources of the enterprise should choose when measuring measure has carried on the detailed analysis and exploration,and accordingly the conclusions.
