Study On The Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation Of Historical And Cultural Theme Park

The historical and cultural theme park is a new type of special tourism destination,which takes the history and culture as the main elements,combines various landscaping techniques and modern techniques.The historical and cultural theme park is an emerging theme park,belonging to the cultural industry.It is in a prominent position in the current tide of theme park development.Historical and cultural theme park is the cultural relics and historical content as the prototype,build after the artificial design,with the help of modern science and technology,landscape,entertainment and other technical means,the culture of the soul,a true representation of historical scenes and grand,built new tourism destination can fully show the historical and cultural heritage.Historical and cultural theme park development to promote regional economic restructuring,optimize the industrial structure,the historical and cultural heritage protection and the protection of the ecological environment,and promote social positive and healthy development has far-reaching influence and significance.Firstly,the theme park concept,characteristics and classification systematically,and the meaning,characteristics of the historical and cultural theme park are defined.The system has combed the ruins of activation theory,evaluation theory,experience economic theory and the theory of sustainable development.Secondly,based on the research of historical and cultural theme park concept,characteristics,points out the historical and cultural theme park function is mainly manifested in the four dimensions of economic,historical and cultural,ecological,social,and each dimension of the function of in-depth analysis.Then,based on the function of historical and culturaltheme park,the paper analyzes economic,historical,cultural,ecological and social indicators of the four dimensions of efficiency evaluation.The identification of comprehensive benefit index of historical and cultural theme park comprehensive literature method,case analysis method,using expert scoring method to measure the content validity of each benefit index and index selected,comprehensive evaluation index system of the eventual establishment of historical and cultural theme park.Secondly,this paper makes a comparative analysis of subjective and objective weighting methods,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of each weighting method.Finally,the entropy weight method is used to evaluate the weights.In order to coordinate between function and index and measure index,this paper proposes a model of comprehensive benefit evaluation method and grey correlation and coordination degree based on entropy,and take the Shaanxi province Y historical and cultural theme park project as an example of empirical analysis,the comprehensive benefit of the Y historical and cultural theme park showed a continuous growth trend,and the coordinated degree is "S" trend,in the primary coordination to the intermediate coordination,found that the comprehensive efficiency score is high,it is not necessarily a good coordination degree.As a whole,the historical and cultural benefits,ecological benefits and social benefits showed a slow growth trend,and the economic benefits showed a rapid growth and a trend of slow decline.Finally,this paper adopts research method of "sparrow" type of anatomy,look at the whole case,corners,analyzes the existing problems of historical and cultural theme park.Some suggestions on the future development of historical and cultural theme parks are put forward.
