Study On Material Purchasing And Supply Management Of Coal Mine

Over the years,China's coal mining industry is developing rapidly.Because the material and equipment needed for the production of coal mining has many characteristics such as variety and large space,it is very important for the management and supply of the material.At present,in the double impact of falling coal prices and suppliers of raw material prices rising,coal mine,the purchasing management should be improved,so as to reduce the cost of procurement,in ensuring the quality of the purchasing and improve procurement efficiency,so as to increase the profit target.Procurement and material supply management based on the new development of China's largest coal group mine in Shendong coal mine project as an example,by using the theories and methods of procurement management,analyze and diagnose the A mine project material procurement of the existing business,then there is improvement and Optimization on the existing A mine project purchasing management.This paper argues that for the A mine project because of the procurement process and the mode of procurement efficiency,can be achieved through the demand control table and supply chain management model.For inventory and storage problems,inventory turnover days can be combined with ABC classification,VMI model to improve.Aiming at the problem of supplier management,we can use the "back to back" contract mode,supplier classification management,5S storage management,standardized storage and other measures to solve the problem.For other issues such as documents,information systems,personnel and other issues,can be updated through the system,procurement staff incentives,supplier incentives,the establishment of PSSCM database management system to ensure the conditions.A mine project through the above model,the delivery on time rate increased,other issues have been further resolved.
