Research On Rationalization Evaluation Of Industrial Structure From The Perspective Of Sustainable Development

As the binding of strengthening resources and environment for economic development,the sustainable development of the economy is facing severe challenges.As the foundation of the national economic and industrial structure,a reasonable industrial structure to achieve a reasonable allocation of resources elements,and with the continuous development of the economy to achieve industrial restructuring and upgrading.Sustainable development as a major strategy for the development of China's modernization,also for China's industrial structure transformation and upgrading to provide a good path of development,but also the rationalization of industrial structure of the guiding ideology,how to evaluate rationalization of industrial structure under the perspective of sustainable development become the important subject in the study of the industrial structure.This paper explores its main influencing factors and seeks the realization path and countermeasures of rationalizing the industrial structure in order to clarify the rationalization of regional industrial structure from the perspective of sustainable development.First to define industrial structure rationalization,Based on the theory of sustainable development and industrial structure theory,constructs the evaluation system of the sustainable development of structure rationalization,then based on the existing resources environment and the status quo of the industrial structure of Shanxiprovince,selects the VIKOR,stepwise regression and coupling analysis model to make an empirical analysis of the industrial structure of Shanxi province,the evaluation system within the coordination of the subsystems,affecting the rationalization of industrial structure,This paper explores the problems in the process of rationalizing the industrial structure,and then clarifies the direction and content of the rationalization of the industrial structure in Shaanxi Province,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the rationalization of the industrial structure from the perspective of sustainable development.Based on the sustainable development as the evaluation point of view,this paper finds that the rationalization of the current industrial structure in Shaanxi Province is increasing year by year,but the individual indicators still need to be further improved.With the development of economy,the rationalization of industrial structure in the coordination degree between each subsystem are on the rise,but can only achieve moderate degree of coupling,the system still need to further enhance the interaction between elements;The total amount of the national economy,the recycling of waste,the consumption of unit GDP and the expenditure situation of the research funds is prominent influence factors in the index system,is also the important factors that affect industrial structure rationalization.Based on the above conclusions and related analysis,the article puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the rationalization of the industrial structure from the aspects of grasping the opportunities of industrial transfer,giving full play to the regional advantages,practicing the circular economy,and improving the scientific and technological service system so as to realize sustainable development and rationalization of industrial structure.
