A Study On The Relationship Between The Rationalization Of Industrial Structure And The Economic Fluctuation In Shanxi

With the development of international economic integration and the deepening of China's opening up,the stable development of regional economy in Shanxi is increasingly affected by the external economic situation.For example,the financial crisis in Southeast Asia,the international financial crisis and other economic shocks on the steady development of Shanxi's regional economy has caused a huge impact.In fact,Shanxi as a typical resource-based city,its "a coal dominance" of the single industrial structure and resource elements of the irrational configuration of its economy by the external economic impact of the key.Therefore,based on the current situation of Shanxi's economic development,rational allocation of resources,optimize the industrial structure of Shanxi,stable economic development in Shanxi is currently an urgent need to solve the problem.On the other hand,the gradual advancement of China's supply side reform provides a good opportunity for the optimization of Shanxi's industrial structure and the stable development of the whole economy.Based on this background,this paper explores the inherent relationship between the rationalization of industrial structure and economic fluctuation in Shanxi from the perspective of factor allocation efficiency,with a view to providing some suggestions for the optimization of Shanxi industrial structure and the stable development of economy.At present,there are some researches on the relationship between the rationalization of industrial structure rationalization and economic fluctuation,but most of them give empirical evidence on the influence of industrial structure change on economic fluctuation from the coordination between the three industries.The possible innovations of this paper are as follows: one is a new research perspective in the theoretical research;the second is to provide a new idea for the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure of Shanxi resource-based cities.After the collating of the relevant literature,it is found that,the other hand,there are some mutual influence between the rationalization of the industrial structure and the stable macroeconomic development.On the other hand,there are a variety of definitions on the rationalization of the industrial structure.Then,from the perspective of this study and the explanation of the meaning of the rationalization of the existing industrial structure,this paper gives the conceptual elaboration of the industrial structurerationalization.The statistical results show that the degree of rationalization of Shanxi's industrial structure shows the characteristics of the stage from 1992 to 2014,and the overall economy also expressed as cyclical fluctuations,which is the result of the analysis of the current situation and the existing problems of Shanxi's industrial structure rationalization and economic fluctuation.Under the framework of neoclassical economics,according to the rationalization of industrial structure and economic fluctuation in this resource-based city of Shanxi,the results show that the rationalization of industrial structure could effectively promote the stable development of economy.But when the overall economic fluctuation,the rationalization of the industrial structure adjustment direction is uncertain.This paper verify the theoretical analysis through the collection of relevant data and building the state space model to give empirical results on the above theoretical results.On the basis of the above theoretical analysis and empirical data analysis,this paper explores the deep-seated causes of the steady growth of Shanxi's economy and the non-rationalization of the industrial structure from the initial configuration and re-allocation process of the factors in the industry.
