Research On Strategy Of Defect Product About X-aerospace Manufacturing Companybased On Traceability

With the rapid growth of China's economy,China's manufacturing industry has made remarkable achievements.As small as a screw or a box of matches,as large as the rail or an entire aircraft,China can make it by own.Now,China's manufacturing industry has occupied a place in the world,and made in China has become a label.However,in recent years,new changes have taken place of the international economic.China's demographic dividend and labor cost advantage have been decreasing,while most domestic labor-intensive enterprises which produce low-end products have simple and extensive operation and management.In enterprises,the phenomenon of loose management,abnormal product performance and product loss often occurs.The aviation manufacturing industry is at the top of the manufacturing industry,known as the "flower of industry",and it is a direct reflection of a country's comprehensive capacity.The requirement of aviation products is high precision and stable performance.Under such circumstances,it is necessary to change the simple management mode in aviation manufacturing enterprises,so as to adapt to the development of the time.In the aviation manufacturing industry,the traceability of defect product is an important part.Managing well defect product can greatly reduce the company's cost budget,improve efficiency and create greater value for the company.This paper takes X-aerospace manufacturing company as an example,focusing on the traceable raw materials,flow processes and traceability of final products in the flow process of unqualified parts within X-aerospace manufacturing company and the paper takes AS9100 system as the framework and adopts the ideas of lean and six sigma as the theoretical basis in order for the optimization and innovation.For traceability of raw materials,there is a lean method,proposed from the direction of material coding and process optimization,to achieve the purpose of one material one code and the traceability;For the traceability of the flow process,XCAR is proposed as the basis,and the final table is drawn to analyze the causes of each non-conformance items and finally find a solution;For the traceability of the final product,the unique traceability is made clear,the batch and single pieces are identified,and the method of using sub-parent plate to identify the mixing phenomenon is proposed.As a typical aviation manufacturing enterprise,if X-aerospace manufacturing company can solve these common problems,it not only have great significance for its own development through the improvement of existing problems,but also provides reference value for peers as well as provide reference significance for other industries.
