With the rapid development of our country's economy,the gap between rural and urban areas is getting increasingly bigger,while the supply and marketing cooperatives,since their first appearance,have been tasked with serving the "three rural elements"(i.e.rural areas,agriculture and farmers)and narrowing the gap between urban and rural development.Harbin,as the capital city of a major agricultural province where the "three rural elements" issue is particularly prominent,has been quite successful in serving "three rural elements" through Harbin supply and marketing cooperatives by promoting the circulation of agricultural products and increasing rural incomes have made outstanding contributions.But along with the changes of Harbin economy's rapid development and agricultural market structure,Harbin federation of supply and marketing cooperatives' existing organizational structure has been struggled to cope with the needs of market competition,therefore,it bears certain important and practical significance to study the organization innovation of Harbin federation of supply and marketing cooperatives.This paper first sorted the most updated and innovative research results from both domestic and overseas organizations as well as had certain relevant concepts therein properly defined to form the theoretical grounds of this paper;Secondly,this paper introduced and analyzed the current situation and existing problems of Harbin federation of supply and marketing cooperatives,including China's supply and marketing cooperatives development history review,the current situation of Harbin federation of supply and marketing cooperatives,and some major issues existing in the development of Harbin federation of supply and marketing cooperatives;Thirdly,the paper presented some analysis on the network organization theory and empirical data hereof,including an analytical framework of supply and marketing network organization system,the typical form of a network of foreign tissue analysis,Foreign Economic Cooperation Organization analysis,the domestic supply and marketing cooperatives innovation case study;Finally,the paper put forward certain organizational innovation strategies for Harbin federation of supply and marketing cooperatives,including innovations in internal and external organizational models.
