The impact of economic globalization on so many issues, especially on the increasing serious environmental pollution problem. In order to balance the economy growth with environmental protection, many countries try to find a proper solution to this kind of problem while they took into account the actual situation they faced. China, second biggest economy, also to handle the problems caused by the rapid development. Chinese government issued many environment-protection related laws and regulations to make sure the sustainable development in China. The plan of nuclear power in China got concerned because of no emission on greenhouse gas during the operating period of nuclear plant. However, the fuel of nuclear power plant, uranium is a strong radioactive material. The nuclear accidents happened in US, Soviet and Japan make public preferred the orthodox energy than it.The article indicates the development of nuclear energy, analyze the problem we faced and show the way to be solved. Many developed countries emphasized on the different way to develop nuclear power, so that many kinds of nuclear reactor in world. Based on some a unique setting a nuclear power project had, the designing issues, availability, project siting, construction, commissioning and operation will differ with the same kind of nuclear reactor. Therefore, the effective managing pattern of nuclear power plant will be crucial to achieve the goal. Because of the varied patterns of project management, the paper summarizes and compares the managing patterns of nuclear power plant at home and abroad to list the advantage these patterns had. The third generation nuclear power plant, AP1000, has many features while compared with the other ones. The article conclude the possibility and effectives of managing pattern employed in the SanMen AP1000project, and suggest some way to improve the pattern.
