With the continuous development of China’s market economy, a growing number ofindividuals or groups have become increasingly active in entrepreneurial activity. Thrivingentrepreneurial activity has also spawned a number of new enterprises, but start-ups thatcan not get good growth are probably losers. Entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneuriallearning, and entrepreneurial growth are focused by scholars. Therefore, it is necessary toconsider the entrepreneurial learning in anglicizing the entrepreneurial orientation on thegrowth performance of the start-up, and also it is necessary to analysis the relationshipbetween entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial learning.The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of entrepreneurial orientation onthe growth performance of start-up, and exam intermediary role that entrepreneuriallearning plays between the two, thus helping start-up find ways to improve performance,and to encourage the entrepreneurial community enthusiasm, constantly promotingemployment, providing a steady stream of energy for continued economic development.In this study, based on previous theoretical studies, we use questionnaires to collectresearch data and explore the structure dimensions of entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial learning impact on the growth performanceof start-up. In addition, this study also explores the intermediary role of entrepreneuriallearning plays between entrepreneurial orientation and start-up growth. The mainconclusions are as follows:(1) Entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial learning are able to positivelypromoting the growth performance of start-up.(2) A linear relationship is proved between Entrepreneurial orientation andentrepreneurial learning. Enterprises with higher entrepreneurial orientation often have abetter entrepreneurial learning ability.(3) In the relationship entrepreneurial orientation on the growth performance ofstart-up, entrepreneurial learning plays a positive intermediary role.
