Research On The Mechanism Of Entrepreneurial Learning To Entrepreneurial Success

Entrepreneurship can promote innovation,drive economic growth and provide jobs.With the new normal development of Chinese economy,entrepreneurship policy has been introduced frequently,entrepreneurial opportunities has been increased continuously,and the number of entrepreneurial enterprises has increased dramatically,which has led to the rapid development of entrepreneurial economy in our country.However,when the active index of entrepreneurship in our country keeps rising,the quality problems of the establishment of small and medium-sized enterprises are highlighted.Enterprises from scratch,from small to large,so in the process of development,how to establish a business model scientifically,improve management capacity,to achieve success,is the current hot topic between the theoretical and industrial circles.Because entrepreneurial learning includes the content closely related to opportunities,knowledge,information and resources,it plays an important role in perfecting business model,enhancing management capacity and promoting enterprise success.Today,the "Notice of doing a good job in the employment and entrepreneurial work for the graduates of common colleges and universities in 2018" issued by the Ministry of Education clarified the importance of entrepreneurship learning at the national level.Therefore,exploring the path of entrepreneurial learning to entrepreneurial success and refining the key learning content to promote entrepreneurial success are not only conducive to improve the success rate of entrepreneurship in China,but also conducive to perfect entrepreneurial learning research,and promote the deepening development of entrepreneurship education in China.However,at present,the definition of entrepreneurial success in academia is ambiguous,dimension and measurement are not uniform,and lack of research on the path of entrepreneurial learning to entrepreneurial success.In order to make up for the lack of research in the academia,this study starts from the organizational perspective and takes the entrepreneurial learning of entrepreneurial teams as entry point,then carries out the research from the following aspects.First,in the process of entrepreneurship,what is the necessary knowledge to learn is the key to success in entrepreneurship? Second,how to define the success of entrepreneurship and how to measure it? Third,what role do the entrepreneurial capacity,business model and environmental uncertainty play in the relationship between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial success? Fourth,how does entrepreneurial learning translate into the internal motive force of entrepreneurial success,and what kind of mechanism does it constitute? Through the study on the above issues,it sets up a successful measurement scale for the development of entrepreneurial success and establish the mechanism model of entrepreneurial learning to entrepreneurial success,from the overall perspective to explore the purpose of the mechanism of action between elements.This study takes the small and medium-sized enterprises under 8 years as the research object,and carries on 262 literature research,2 interviews of entrepreneurs and experts,4 large-scale questionnaire surveys and empirical test,which perfects the entrepreneurial success research and analyzes the relationship between entrepreneurial success and entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial capacity,business model and environmental uncertainty deeply.At first,through theoretical review,it clarifies the concept and dimension of entrepreneurial success,and analyzes the current situation and relationship between entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial capacity,business model and entrepreneurial success and found that they have positive effects on entrepreneurial success.Secondly,on the basis of entrepreneurial process theory,resource basic theory and organizational behavior theory,this study analyzes the role of entrepreneurial learning in regulating the intrinsic mechanism of entrepreneurial success and environmental uncertainty.Therefore,a moderated intermediary effect model of "entrepreneurial learning-entrepreneurial capacity and business model-entrepreneurial success" is constructed,and the research hypothesis is put forward.Thirdly,according to the results of literature research,combining with entrepreneurs interviews,experts interviews,questionnaires and empirical tests,this study determines the scale items of entrepreneurial success and designs,modifies and improves the questionnaire.After collecting the questionnaire data,25 research hypotheses proposed in this study are tested by using empirical research methods,such as analysis of reliability and validity,regression analysis,bootstrap analysis and robustness test and so on.Fourth,according to the empirical results,it discusses the conclusions of this study,summarizes the theoretical and practical significance and puts forward the limitations of this study and future research prospects.This study draws the following conclusions.First,it defines the concept of entrepreneurial success,divides the four dimensions of entrepreneurial success and develops 14 items of entrepreneurial success scale.Second,we test that entrepreneurial learning and its dimensions have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial success.Third,we test that entrepreneurial capacity and its dimensions have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial success and entrepreneurial capacity plays a part of intermediary role in the relationship between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial success.Fourth,we test that business model and its dimensions have significant positive effect on entrepreneurial success,and business model plays a part of intermediary role in the relationship between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial success.This study also compared the two intermediary effects and found that the intermediary effect of business model is greater than entrepreneurial capacity.Fifth,the regulatory effect of environmental uncertainty is tested.Environmental uncertainty has no significant regulatory effect in the relationship between entrepreneurial capacity and entrepreneurial success,but is has a significant regulatory effect in the relationship between business model and entrepreneurial success.This study also verifies the environmental uncertainty dimension,that is,the regulatory role of environmental dynamics and environmental hostility,and through the adjustment of the intermediary effect test,it is further determined.This study constructs a successful entrepreneurial research model,which enriches and perfects the research on the relationship between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial success.It has the following theoretical and practical contributions.First,this study has put forward the operational definition for entrepreneurial success,so that the empirical research of entrepreneurial success has a more perfect scale and its in-depth development is promoted.At the meantime,it provides a standard for the entrepreneurial enterprises to measure their own success degree and development potential.Second,this study promotes the research of the mechanism of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial success,analyzes the role of entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial capacity and business model on entrepreneurial success and enriches the research on the dependent variables before entrepreneurial success.It also provides a new perspective for analyzing how entrepreneurial learning affects entrepreneurial capacity and business model.At the same time,it points out the direction of how the new enterprise can succeed through learning.Third,this study constructs a research model of entrepreneurial success under the influence of environmental uncertainty,and tests the effect of environmental uncertainty and its dimensions in regulating the relationship between entrepreneurial capacity and entrepreneurial success,and the relationship between business model and entrepreneurial success,so to expand the research idea of entrepreneurial success.At the same time,it provides advice on how to carry out entrepreneurial activities in different environments for the new enterprises.Fourth,from the perspective of organization,this study improves and combs the related studies of various variables,and finds that entrepreneurial learning can improve the degree of entrepreneurial success partly through the transmission effect of entrepreneurial capacity and business model.Meanwhile,environmental uncertainty will interfere with the process,so as to build an integrated relationship model,enrich and improve the mechanism of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial success.At the same time,it refines the key content of entrepreneurial learning and the path to entrepreneurial success,which is in favour of promoting the quality of small and medium-sized enterprises,enriching the content of entrepreneurship education and providing theoretical support for the development of entrepreneurial economy in China.
