A Study On The Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Orientation, Entrepreneurial Learning And New Venture Performance

Under the condition of market economy, the competition among the enterprisesis intense with each passing day, and the entrepreneurial risk also increasesceaselessly, the enterprise survival under the traditional model has been unable tomeet the needs of modern enterprises in market competition. If China enterprises wantto better grasp the market opportunity and achieve sustained competitive advantage inthe outside world queasy environment to, they need to do two things: one handenterprises shall enhance the organizational learning ability, on the other hand theenterprise should cultivate innovation, risk taking, proactive and positive competitionfor the characteristics of the entrepreneurial orientation actively, and thus can haveaccess to resources and external environment of the best match in the dynamic andcomplex environment, thus improving enterprise performance. But the entrepreneurialorientation enhancement can really promote the performance of the enterprise? Inaddition, entrepreneurial learning in this course and really play a role?Based on the above questions, this article on the foundation of reading massiveliterature, and based in the beginning of the creation of enterprises, established themediating effect model of entrepreneurial learning, entrepreneurial orientation andentrepreneurial performance and puts forward three main hypotheses, then using anextensive questionnaire survey to obtain data for hypothesis testing, and by adoptingthe combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, then through the SPSS19.0analyze the data and finally draws the following conclusion:(1)Entrepreneurial orientation has a significant positive effect on theentrepreneurial performance;(2) Entrepreneurial learning has a significant positive effect on the performanceof new venture entrepreneurial;(3) Entrepreneurial learning plays an intermediary role on the relationship ofentrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial performance;...
