Research On Business Pattern Innovation Of Logistic Enterprises In Qingdao West-coast New Area

In June 2014,the state council formally approved to set up "Qingdao West-coast Economic New Area”.,the establishment of new area has injected vigor into the development of Qingdao,Qingdao logistics development will also become the new engine for the logistics industry development in Qingdao.Logistics industry as a growth pole of the West Coast of Qingdao economic development,which has obvious advantages such as location,industry,policy.But at present the logistics enterprise business model is the traditional business model in West-Coast economic new area.Its business has the problem of low information level,low industry level,lack of industry of form a complete set and so on.Faced with new opportunities and challenges brought by the establishment of new area,logistics enterprises should be on the basis of expanded firm size and improve the enterprise management level,actively sought to business model which adapt to the development of Qingdao West-Coast economic new area.This paper researched the relevant content with the method of literature research,field research,qualitative methods.Firstly,using literature research summarized the relevant theory and research studies about the concept and value of the business model,the logistics enterprise business model and business model innovation and other related theories,laid the theoretical foundation for putting forward of the problem.Using field research method investigation the status quo of logistics enterprise and its business model,examined the characteristics and current development situation of logistics enterprises on the West Coast.At last,through the method of qualitative analysis to analyze the logistics enterprises new business model characteristics and applicable conditions,explore the business model innovation path of logistics enterprise on the West Coast new area.After the study we can conclude that,in the context of accelerated development of the West Coast new area,logistics enterprises for business model innovation is both feasible and essential.Business model innovation of logistics enterprises on the West Coast new area is not the only,logistics enterprises can put forward business model innovation program in many ways.In addition,the smooth conduct of business model innovation requires Governments and enterprises to take certain protection measures.
