Low-carbon economy has become the economic development of pursuit target and endeavors all over the word,through low-carbon development,it's beneficial to implement the state policies of protection and resources,promote the implementation of sustainable strategies,advocate select a civilized and healthy lifestyle,and eventually build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.In the process of developing a low-carbon economy,how to objectively and accurately evaluate the effect has become a hot research topic.Drawing on the correlation study of the analysis of existing research,this thesis uses theory and technology of traditional low-carbon economic evaluation,GIS spatial database,cartographic visualization,study and solve the multi-regional low-carbon economic development in related evaluation,evaluation of spatial information management and graphics visualization and other issues,the main work is as follow:1.Defining four aspects of research the concepts,the main mode of development,analysis and evaluation method,and index system of low-carbon economy,the thesis summarize and analyze the current status of low-carbon economy at home and abroad,and clear problems and deficiency of traditional low-carbon economy evaluation,then determinate the ideas and contents of the thesis.2.Based on the reference summary of existing research and principles of completeness,comparability,the paper builds a single regional low-carbon economic appraisal system,designs evaluation model based on Principal Component Analysis method and Analytic Hierarchy Process,and take Zhengzhou for example,describes evaluation processes.of using two models.3.By summarizing the existing correlation analysis model,according to the deficiency of current model,this thesis analyzes and describes the spatial autocorrelation analysis model,and in ArcGIS platform support,eventually analyzes and evaluates low-carbon economy spatial correlation of seventeen region in Henan.4.Using Geodatabase technology to build a low-carbon economy information spatial management database,and based on the theory of cartography and visualization,the thesis designs a variety of thematic maps evaluation information,eventually improves the vivacity of visualization of low-carbon economy and imagery of evaluation information.By studying further clarifies the concept and content of a low-carbon economy,improves to extend the existing evaluation methods and ways of demonstration,and providing a more scientific and accurate decision and reference and technical support for the low-carbon economy healthy and harmonious sustainable development.
