The construction project team is the main body of the project management of the construction enterprise.The lack of consideration of environmental factors will affect the two aspects of the project team: On the one hand,Construction project management is a complicated task,characterized by long time span and massive external influencing factors,restricted by the investment,time,quality and other constraints,and formed by multiple stages and parts,which will affect the whole objectives by each one stage or part.On the other hand,the project requires high technical level,lacks perfect project management system and needs all aspects of temporary personnel organized into a team,asked all the staff to make comprehensive use of technical expertise,including economic,legal and other disciplines of knowledge,which can take timely step to solve practical problems.As a complex consequence in project management,which determines the need for dynamic and adaptive of “rigid and soft” incentive methods has important significance to study the psychological empowerment and dynamic feedback mechanism between the variables.This study from the perspective of the system in the context of the organization of the psychological empowerment level of project team members.Firstly,the concepts and contents of the organizational environment is expounded,and combined with the literature analysis,we find organization environment can be studied from three aspects: institutional factors,resource factors,cultural factors.Then,we designs the structure questionnaire according to these three aspects,and makes detailed interviews with the project team in China Construction,China Railway Corporation.The main factors affecting the organizational environment of the project team members' psychological empowerment are determined from this: leader empowering behavior,organizational system,team atmosphere and organizational support.Finally,based on system dynamics and social cognitive theory,and combined with the literature research results,the organizational environment on the system dynamics model of the psychological empowerment is built.In this paper,the computer simulation of typical management problems is carried out to provide more practical decision support for engineering project management.Situations changes in the level of psychological empowerment from the leadership,organizational system,material incentive and spiritual incentive.Through the simulation of the system dynamics model of psychological empowerment,this study has the following findings: First,under the interaction of multiple variables,the level of psychological empowerment is different.When the organization is highly centralized,effect of transactional leadership on psychological empowerment is remarkable than transformational leadership.But when the organization centralization gets high,transformational leadership on psychological empowerment is stronger than transactional leadership;And high spiritual incentive are shown to promote the role of psychological empowerment.The simulation is different from the three situations of the other: when high spirit incentive under the high material incentive,psychological empowerment maintained at a certain level.Second,the study can reflect the threshold of psychological empowerment under dynamic influence of the organizational environment.With the increasing degree of organization control,psychological empowerment continues to enhance the level reaching a certain equilibrium value.But when accompanied by the enhanced organization control,the degree of psychological empowerment perception level decreased.The simulation results of material incentives are also similar: with the increase of material incentives,the level of psychological empowerment is growing,then showed a downward trend.
