Skilled human resource has characteristics such as high production skill,rich practical experience,strong innovation ability,specific skill and high professional compliance,and stronger positive externalities of skilled talents' capital investment.From the above,enterprise must attach great importance to the development of skilled human resource.Specifically speaking,what enterprise should do is: plan human resource development and management strategy wholly from enterprise's developing strategy to lay solid foundation for its human resource effect,further optimize recruitment and screening employees work to accomplish precise configuration and reasonable use of humans and things,meanwhile strengthen the training of staffs to explore their technical ability effectively,improve enterprise performance management comprehensively to maximize value of enterprise's skilled talents,perfect enterprise salary management system to enhance enterprise's management effectively,strengthen the construction of harmonious enterprise to improve its internal cohesion to get satisfactory result of human resource.According to the above,this thesis firstly introduces the research background of en terprise's human resource effect,research significance,research status and research met hods;secondly,the thesis elaborates human resource and human resource effect;thirdly,it introduces human resource evaluation,incentive and constraint,human resource man agement performance and other related theory.Taking NP Company as an example,the thesis explores its implementation of skilled human resource management effect on the basis of skilled human resource's characteristics,which shows that NP is slightly unreasonable in the basic situation of skilled human resource.Concerning the management of skilled human resource,attention must be paid to the design of management system,personnel recruitment selection,employee training,performance appraisal and salary management;in the evaluation of the management effect of skilled human resource,the positive effect is emerging,but there is still considerable room for improvement.In addition,improving enterprise's human resource effect further needs the optimization of both the system and the path.
