Research On The Development Of Urbanization In Yiwu Province From The Perspective Of Industrial Agglomeration In Zhejiang

In the context of the current normal economic situation in China,urbanization and industrial agglomeration development have become the current two major concern issues of the society.The existence of "urban disease" and "semi-urbanization" require accelerating the urbanization development system and gradually strengthening the leading role of industrial agglomeration in market development.At present,one of the important ways to promote China's economic development is to realize industrial agglomeration and urban Coordination,and furthermore mutual promotion between them.Based on the theory of industrial agglomeration and urbanization,this thesis analyses and summarizes thoroughly the development model and successful experience of Yiwu City with an emphasis on the perspective of industrial agglomeration.The attempt is to identify the existing problems in the development process and lessons or experiences that we need to learn.Yiwu is located in Zhejiang Province,the total population of more than two million,with a total area of more than 1000 square kilometers.Since the early 80 s of the 20 th century,Yiwu to small commodity market as a leader,led the regional industrial agglomeration,quickly developed by small cities for large and medium-sized cities.According to Yiwu City,"13th Five-Year Plan" report results show that the city's GDP has reached more than 100 billion yuan,an average annual growth of 11.2%,per capita GDP exceeded 130,000 yuan;service industry share of GDP increased by 6percentage points,Through the three industrial structure to further optimize;urban and rural residents per capita disposable income increased by 10.8% and 11.9%,Yiwu in urbanization has taken a big step in the development of Zhejiang and the country's small and medium-sized cities to provide A useful reference value.Yiwu model and successful experience is mainly due to Yiwu municipal government bold innovation and the basic strategy to build the city through industry.Through industry linkage,taking the development of urban and rural areas,the harmonious development of the city into account achieves a qualitative change of all the city,which creates a very successful way.These successful experiences are helpful for some other small and medium cities,especially similar to Yiwu,which has a scare resource.It can help avoid a lot of detours,and consequently achieve a transition with a rapid development.
