On The Relationship Between The Industrial Agglomeration And The Interactive Development Of Urbanization

We can draw from the history of the world’s economic development, it has a certain correlation between the industry cluster development and urbanization, this conclusion in some foreign industrial agglomeration and urbanization development has been confirmed in developed countries. In this century, the level of industrial agglomeration and urbanization development in our country has been gradually improved, but there are many problems in the course of their development, the problems severely hampered their development. Therefore, the center of Chinese social and economic development has been transfer to the way that how the industrial agglomeration and urbanization mutually develop at now.Firstly, the article explained and analyzed relevant concepts of industrial agglomeration and urbanization. Based on the theory of international industrial agglomeration and urbanization aspects of the study, we can draw the dynamic mechanism from the interactive development between industrial agglomeration and urbanization. Meanwhile, improving the level of urbanization has also occupied an important position in the development of the industry, because it provided the necessary fundamental elements and facilities for the development of industrial clustering as well as created a good cultural environment in terms of its development. Therefore, when we took Anhui Province as the research area in this article, collected the relevant data and managed the non-agricultural employment in total employment and population proportion which represent the level of urbanization in Anhui. According to the acquired results, Anhui province on the current status of urban development was to be analyzed that the degree of agglomeration of Anhui industrial location quotient was the important representative which demonstrated the development tendency of Anhui Province. Next, this paper also made a series of empirical studies, including correlation analysis and Granger Causality Test, the results indicated that between industrial agglomeration and urbanization in Anhui needed positive correlation and causal relationship with each other.Through these studies, this paper pointed out some problems about the current development of urbanization and industrial agglomeration which existed in Anhui Province, and put forward relevant policy recommendations. And through this policy, we hope to facilitate mutual promotion and development between industrial agglomeration and urbanization.
