Based On The Development Of The Relationship Of Urbanization Under The Perspective Of Industrial Agglomeration

The development of urbanization is closely related with industrial agglomeration. The development course of industrial agglomeration and urbanization in many developed countries and regions showed us that the industrial agglomeration plays an important role in pushing the process of urbanization. In history, cities are always attracting all kinds of industrial to come, and at the same time, the aggregation of industries geographically also promotes the process of urbanization. The industrial agglomeration is a very common phenomenon and inevitable outcome during the industrialization. In the developed countries it enhances the capability of industrial competition. Hence it enhances the economic base in cities and it is an important power of urbanization. Studying the effects of industrial agglomeration on China' urbanization, which in a certain degree is abundant to our country industrial agglomeration and urbanization theories, also is the all levels section establishment pushing forward China's urbanization process countermeasures of important reference.The Guanzhong area of Shaanxi province is the best basis and the most powerful industrial zone in western China, it is the revitalization of and promotes the overall between the north and south of the province, also plays an important role in the common development of the contact during the east and the west of China. The industrial agglomeration and urbanization there have begun to take a shape, while the former also preliminary promotes the latter, how to make the characteristics of industrial agglomeration better and the western region development plan firstly produce gathered effect in Guanzhong area, as to speed up clearance in the process of urbanization, so as to enhance the entire region and the province's economic level, all need us to explore.This paper is based on the previous studies, and selected industrial agglomeration as the entry point, and chooses the Guanzhong area in shaanxi province which is regarded as a representative of west China as an object, followed in combining theory and practice, the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods. First, the paper introduces the background and significance of the research, and overview of relevant research both at home and abroad. Then it presents this study ideas and methods. Second, analysis how the industrial agglomeration promote the development of urbanization in a theoretical level. From the research we can see that the industrial agglomeration improved the "quality" and "quantity" of urbanization mainly through four methods such as the gathering and transferring of production elements, the development of industry, the space evolution of citied and integration process between urban and rural. Third, there is an empirical analysis of the Guanzhong area. By introduced the industrial agglomeration model and the development of urbanization, then give a detailed analysis on the concentration of industries agglomeration in the region, proved that there can be a primary promote from the former to the latter, but still inadequate. Then concluded that the major reasons for the lack presented in the planning, industrial, social, cultural atmosphere, and four technical innovation. Finally, in view of the reasons for the lack of coordination, the paper gives some suggestions. Such as strengthening the development planning and layout of industrial clusters, and focus on developing the tertiary sector, creating the cultural environment and increasing the investment in science and technology, these a series of measures may promote the industrial agglomeration, so as to enhance the clearance level of urbanization in Guanzhong area.In short, this paper structured a feasibility stronger measures platform for the industrial agglomeration to promote the urbanization in Guanzhong area, directional put forward concrete measures, and given a series of feasibility proposal, the practical significance is strong. Looking at the full text ,there are two major innovations : (1) For a long time, the economists' studies on urbanization are more focus on the population and industrialization perspective, less focus on the industrial agglomeration , especially the special circumstances of specific regional, such as Guanzhong area as I know. This paper conducted a preliminary exploration and compensate for the shortage to some extent. (2) This paper related the Situation that the industrial agglomeration promote the development of urbanization in Guanzhong areas with the theory, find out the problems, and put forward countermeasures.
