A Study On Green Utilization Of Land In China

Land is an essential carrier of economy,social and cultural activities.With the increase of the world's population,the rapid development of the society economy and the emergence of urban problems,the relevant researchers are gradually realizing that the importance of land use is beneficial to a group,a city,a country and even whole human society to achieve sustainable development.In the process of rapid industrialization and urbanization,the problems of excessive space expansion and low land use efficiency are very prominent.The State Council put forward the guiding ideology of taking a strict conservation of arable land as the prerequisite,strict control of construction land expansion as the focus,and conservation and intensive use of land as the core of the new round of land use planning.In recent years,the Ministry of Land and Resources has been actively promoting the rational use of land,and has carried out research and evaluation on land use in urban and development areas in the light of the land and resources survey.It has put forward a large number of land use research and practice topics,promoted the domestic academic circles to the urban land use Research is booming.In 2015,the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau meeting for the first time talked about the "green development" concept,placing production development,affluent life and ecological goodness in the same important position.It also calls for building a scientific and rational urbanization,agricultural development and security pattern.In this context,the article first summarizes the research progress of urban land use,which is helpful to the further study of urban land green utilization in China.On the basis of this,this paper analyzes the status quo of land use in China from the perspective of green,from the classification,quantity,quality,structure,land reserve resources,potential of land use,land development,utilization,land macroeconomic benefit,land use ecology efficiency of these five aspects for specific analysis.And then from the "open source" and "cut" in two ways to clarify the concept of green,and explain what is the green land use,put forward to the ecological environment,food security,people live and work as a factor of green perspective The necessity of land,and finally put forward the countermeasures to realize the greening of the land,from the aspects of policy,planning,concept,guarantee mechanism and remediation means,so as to lay the foundation for the subsequent green land use.
