Qinhuangdao Tobacco Company's Sustainable Development Strategy Research

As an important pillar industry of China's economic development,the tobacco industry relates to the growth of national economy,the development of the society and the increase of the profit tax.Since the 21 st century,the research paying more attention to social responsibility and sustainable development of this industry,at the same time helping tobacco industry to formulate sustainable development strategy will be the most important thing.Qinhuangdao tobacco company is one of the key enterprises of Qinhuangdao,its sustainable development is very important for Qinhuangdao.In this paper,the tobacco companies of Qinhuangdao city as the research subject,the sustainable development strategy were formulated in detail analyzed.In this paper,the text is divided into seven parts: in the first part,the paper analyzes the background and significance;in the second part,it expounds the domestic and foreign literature review;in the third part,introuced the actual situation of Qinhuangdao tobacco company;in the fourth part,analyzed the PEST environment,its environment and the industry environment;the fifth part is on the basis of environmental analysis and the research of literature,findind out the main factors influencing the sustainable development of Qinhuangdao tobacco company,and establishing the evaluation index system of sustainable development level based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method to determine the proportion of each factorm,then using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate;the sixth part puts forward the development strategy and puts forward some suggsetions on how to implement the sustainable development strategy of the tobacco companies in Qinhuangdao;the seventh part is the summary of this article,and pointed out the existing problems.
