In recent years,the Chinese government has encouraged and supported the development of the logistics industry strongly.However,in the background of the continuous development and maturity of the logistics industry,the market competition is becoming more and more intense,the technology update speed is accelerated,looking for the change path,Competitive advantage has become a logistics business life and death events.Logistics enterprises can adapt to the internal and external environment through organizational innovation,change the organizational structure and management of logistics,improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.Although organizational innovation has become an important way for enterprises to pursue new opportunities,improve performance and gain competitive advantage,the practice has proved that the formation and change of organizational practice is the key to determine the success of organizational innovation.The implementation of organizational innovation is a complex system project that goes deep into the organizational practice level,which involves organizational change,knowledge update,process change and so on.Therefore,the organization innovation is faced with a lot of risks,itself has a long cycle,multi-stakeholders,high uncertainty,and organizational innovation needs to combine internal and external environment to take their own programs,because China's modern logistics industry development time is short,lack of experience and theoretical guidance,so there are many of the failure phenomenon.In the logistics enterprises to enhance their own operational capacity and competitive advantage of the change,we urgently need to find out the key factors in the innovation process,explore the mechanism of organizational innovation to guide the organization innovation practice.Based on the above background,this paper chooses HOAU Logistics Company to study the innovation behavior of organizational innovation process.with the participants as the carrier,through the organization of behavior and employee cognitive behavior interaction,to achieve cognitive transfer,dissemination and diffusion gradually form a new practice,which changes the trend of organizational behavior and staff Behavior selection,Analyzed the rational choice of employees affect the organizational innovation behavior,and then determine the formation of organizational practice and changes in the reasons.to explore the effective management of the formation of new practice guide.Through the analysis of the process of the implementation of the innovation process,the influencing factors and related relations in the process of organizational innovation are revealed from the perspective of organizational practice.The study concludes that the evolutionary process of the practice of organizational innovation has gone through three stages of the established dominance,the formation of the new practice and the new curing period.in the different stages,the organizational innovation behavior,the participant's cognition and the behavior show different characteristics.The formation of new practices in the role of role play and interaction in each stage is the key to the formation and change of organizational practice.Employee rational choice of behavior that meets the expected return,affecting the organizational performance and organizational innovation behavior,that is the reason of formation and changes in organizational routines.
