With the popularity and availability of the 21 st century network,large-scale interactiveonline games has swept the world in a very short time as an emerging industry.According to the US authoritative game market analysis agency “ABI Research”,the survey shows that with the application of new generation of network technology,the global online games active players has reached more than 500 million with a market size of more than 35 billion US dollars in 2016.Large-scale interactive online games World of Warcraft swept the world,Europe and the United States players had a very strong demand for gold coins at the time.Because of China's competitive edge in cheap labor,a large number of domestic gold coin factories had emerged.Due to the lack of mutual trust and language barrier between the east and the west,the overall transaction volume was very small.In this context Company X decided to invest 2million RMB in TONO project,which is an online trading B2 B / B2 C e-commerce platform specialized in online games,in order to carry out domestic gold coins acquisition and external gold coin sales.TONO project carried out in Company X is executed through the B2 B / B2 C platform,using large-scale online game virtual currency transactions.This essay is a case study of TONO project of Company X.An in-depth analysis is discussed on Company X's project management risks and problems as a brokers B2 B / B2 C platform:Over budget 80%,4months delay than original schedule and project profit was low at the first beginning since project risk control wasn't good.The essay also analyzes the relevant theory in project costs,progress,risk and finally put forward solutions to the issued discussed.Using brainstorming and interviews analysis,the essay will describe the overall status for TONO project on both planning and execution,then it has summarized all the TONO project implementation problems in cost,schedule and risk management.The essay uses Delphi method to estimate project cost and applies the Earned Value Method to manage project cost control.Critical Path Method has been utilized on work breakdown,project progress monitoring and mitigation plan on delayed process.In the aspect of risk control,firstly the risk is identified by project scenario analysis;lastly,seven Risk Response strategies are used to establish a comprehensive three-dimensional Risk Response model.According to the real root case from Cost/ schedule/ risk,the essay will provide related solution for each problemThe essay hope could be a prefect reference for the future similar on line trading B2B/B2 C project management.From project planning to the final execution,fully utilize related methodology on Project cost/ schedule and risk,quantify each step for a better project tracking or monitor,to find the problem timely and finger out the mitigation plan,in order that project would be finished on time under the budget with high quality.
