Research On The Effects Of Human Capital Agglomeration On Enterprise's Innovation Performance

In the era of knowledge economy,more and more factors of production gradually replaced by knowledge capital.With the improvement of knowledge system and the flow of talents,the enterprise's ability of using professional knowledge and technology also gradually increased.Human capital plays an important role in the process of promoting enterprise's innovation performance,and is the core elements of enterprise's development.However,compared with developed countries,Chinese enterprise's innovation ability is still insufficient.However,as the main innovation subject,only enterprises use their own resources and power,can they improve their innovation ability and improve Competitive ability.Therefore,this paper studies the impact mechanism of human capital agglomeration on the innovation performance of enterprises,explores the process of human capital agglomeration affecting enterprise's innovation performance,analyzes the path of human capital agglomeration affecting enterprise's innovation performance,has practical significance to enhancing the enterprise's innovation performance.Based on the theory of human capital and the theory of agglomeration,the concept of human capital agglomeration is defined,and human capital agglomeration dependency,externality and initiative.Then,the human capital agglomeration is divided into human capital agglomeration scale,human capital agglomeration level and human capital agglomeration efficiency.The intermediary of enterprise's innovation is divided into knowledge increment and technological progress.On the basis of relevant research of human capital agglomeration,innovation intermediary and enterprise's innovation performance,put forward the hypothesis of human capital agglomeration effect on the enterprise's innovation performance.And constructs the theoreticalmodel of the of human capital agglomeration effect on the enterprise's innovation performance.Based on the relevant research results and the effect factors of human capital agglomeration,innovation intermediary and enterprise innovation performance,this paper designed the questionnaire.Through the expert consultation method and a small sample pre-survey to amend the questionnaire,and then through the staff of enterprise access the research required data.In empirical analysis,using the SPSS20.0 to analyze descriptive statistical analysis,reliability analysis and validity analysis of the data.In order to better explore the relationship between human capital agglomeration and enterprise's innovation performance,the structural equation model is used to test the measurement model and structure model of this paper.Using AMOS21.0analysis human capital agglomeration scale,human capital agglomeration level,human capital agglomeration efficiency,knowledge increment,technological progress and enterprise's innovation performance.Test the effect of human capital agglomeration on enterprise's innovation performance and the knowledge increment and technological progress of the intermediary role,and analysis the empirical results.Based on the empirical analysis,this paper concludes that the human capital agglomeration and the enterprise innovation performance are all higher.The human capital agglomeration has positive effect on the enterprise's innovation performance,and the knowledge increment and technological progress in the human capital agglomeration which has a complete intermediary role in the process of enterprise innovation performance.In contrast,the impact of technological progress on enterprise's innovation performance is slightly larger than that of knowledge impact on enterprise's innovation performance.Based on the research conclusion,this paper proposes to expand the scale of human capital agglomeration and improve the level of human capitalagglomeration,promote the scientific agglomeration of human capital,and enhance the enterprise's innovation performance.
