In recent years,the prosperity and development of the e-commerce industry in China have promoted the diversification of consumer demand,with the support of national policy,performance of cross-border electricity is outstanding particularly.Cross-border e-commerce logistics,which is closely associated with the cross-border e-commerce,has also attracted a wide attention from the theoretic and the industry.With the economies of scale increasing gradually,the cross-border e-commerce logistics is affected by the multi-node factors from the upstream and downstream,which results in the increase of the potential risks serious.In order to avoid unnecessary economic losses caused by the risk of cross-border e-commerce logistics in development,in-depth research on its risk control has important theoretical significance and application value.Under the background of cross-border logistics development,it reviews the current research progress on logistics of cross-border e-commerce and the risk of the cross-border e-commerce logistics.Through contrasting the advantages and disadvantages of different risk assessment methods,neural network and genetic algorithm are selected as the basic methods of risk assessment.Combined theoretical research and development status of cross-border e-commerce logistics,the risk indicators of cross-border e-commerce logistics is identified through five dimensions: platform risk,customs clearance risk,process risk,organizational risk,and environmental risk.Through considering both the literature and professional opinion,the risk evaluation index system of cross-border e-commerce logistics is established.According to the characteristics of cross-border electronic business logistics risk and scholars research achievements,and the combination the genetic algorithm and neural network,genetic algorithm is selected to optimize the initial weight of neural network,and establish a budget law of cross-border e-commerce logistics risk evaluation model.To validate the evaluation results,based on MATLAB,the A enterprise data sample is trained by the GUI system.It is innovative that by means of cross-border e-commerce logistics risk identification,cross-border business logistics risk index evaluation system with 5 dimensions of 21 qualitative and quantitative indexes is established,and genetic neural network of cross-border e-commerce logistics evaluation model is constructed.Based on the implementation of cross-border e-commerce logistics risks of A enterprise data sample,the rationality and advantages to the evaluate highly nonlinear problems,like risk of cross-border e-commerce logistic,of the model is validated.Comparing the actual value and the simulation value,it is manifested that the cross-border e-commerce logistics risk evaluation index system is scientific and feasible.Which provides more effective technical support and reference value to current cross-border e-commerce enterprises in risk management.
