With the development of market economy,talent strategy gradually dominates the enterprise strategy,in which the strategy of human resource management is highlighted.Salary management as a double-edged sword is one of the important parts in human resource management,because a scientific and reasonable salary system can not only stabilize the workforce by encouraging employees to continue to serve enterprises,but also can furthermore attract talents and improve their business performance.Otherwise,salary system with problems or deviations results in low performance and the outflow of talents,which will bring irreparable damage to the enterprise.Therefore,it is of great significance for enterprise to establish a fair and effective,competitive salary management system.In this paper,the new energy enterprise C Company as the object of study,and the company's original compensation system is redesigned.In this paper,the first part is the literature review,which gives a brief introduction of the development of the theory of salary system,and the theoretical basis of this paper is expounded.At the same time,the research results of current domestic and foreign salary theory are listed.The paper lays the theoretical foundation for the design of enterprise salary system.On the basis of the theoretical research,such relevant information as the development course,the organization structure and staff structure of the enterprise C are collected,and the questionnaire survey is carried out according to the salary situation of the enterprise.The paper attempts to explore the underlying causes of the salary problems by analyzing relevant data and summarizing sorts of proposals.Through the above work,It is fixed for the direction of the research and the principle of the salary system design in the paper.In the main part of the thesis,the positions of C enterprises are reorganized and evaluated,forming a multi-level salary system framework based on this,which puts forward the safeguard measures to the implementation of the salary system.The paper studies the advanced human resources theory in the C enterprise applications as well as the improvement and optimization of the company's salary system.Firstly,it can further clarify the organizational structure of the company,the job settings and staff needs,in order to stabilize staff through unified thinking,Unified standards,fast and accurate performance of their duties;secondly is to stimulate the employees initiative in the actual work of independent research and study,so as to create a positive learning atmosphere and to achieve the company's human resources management work benign development;Thirdly,Human resource management is supported by theory,which can promote the improvement and standardization of other systems of the company,effectively reduce the variety of waste in the work,making the work more efficient,and realizing the smooth transition of the company in the transition period and the effective planning advance.
