In the modern enterprise human resources management practice, salary management enterprise management is attracting more and more attention, enterprise importance of talent, in very to the extent through the firewood to reflect, enterprise to keep the talented, must provide staff the market competitive salary, the enterprise internal salary design, should reflect the internal fairness, that is, to implement internal fair, external competitiveness. This paper based on the actual conditions of the W company, through the analysis of the enterprise existing salary system, there are many problems, use the modern human resources management pay design related theory, combined with the future development strategies of W company, redesigned W company salary system.This paper discusses enterprise post value evaluation in salary system design in the specific operation method, through the position analysis, salary grade division, the performance index set and other methods, the preliminary design company pay system W, fully considered the salary internal fairness, external competitiveness, and wages and performance indicators hook principle, so as to improve staffs work enthusiasm and play the incentive wages; Through the trial implementation of the revised after, and the compensation committee review, adjust, make compensation scheme in the process of implementing to keep improving.
