The food manufacturing industry in our country develops relatively late,which is less competitive.The overwhelming majority of the Chinese food enterprises are small in scale,dispersed on distribution and less skilled,which is the situation in the food industry in our country at present.Most food companies pay insufficient attention to the cultivation of professional and technical personnel,lack of long-term incentive system.The cultivation of professional and technical personnel team and incentive is the first main force of production-oriented enterprises in technology innovation and development,their work directly affects the economic benefits of enterprises and core competitiveness.According to the current situation of the L food companies,whose professional and technical personnel kept poor work performance and get losing,this paper analysis the existing inspire problems in the professional and technical personnel of the L food company,through the theory put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions according to the reality.Aim at incentive problems of professional and technical personnel in L food company such as weak salary incentive,limited development channels,talent cultivation system missing,spiritual incentive problems.The paper bring forward some countermeasures and suggestions,which mainly contain the salary system optimization,building career development channel,construction of personnel training system,attaches great importance to the mental incentive four aspects.Salary incentive optimization design embodies the concept of "full compensation",from the salary,benefits,career,environment four aspects to consider,give attention to both the professional and technical staff of material things and spiritual needs;Career development channel set up mainly through the adjustment of enterprise organization,the establishment of the talent team,working system redesign to reduce the hierarchy of the company,to build professional and technical personnel development channels.Encourage the development of a comprehensive professional and technical personnel,improve the staff motivation;Talent cultivation system is mainly based on the present stage L food companies,professional and technical personnel immediate needs and the needs of the development of the company,put forward some feasible Suggestions;Spiritual incentive is the pointer in the cultivation of professional and technical personnel,business achievement,eager to get the characteristics of identity,should adopt internal recognition method,combining with the working content method to motivate the professional and technical personnel.Finally put forward the corresponding security measures.Research results provide reference for technical department management personnel,and also for the same type enterprises.It has greater practical significance to the technical personnel stability and motivation of the industry.The paper takes professional and technical personnel in L food enterprises as the research object.Bring forward incentive problems existing in the present situation and countermeasure is gave out,with strong pertinence.Especially in comprehensive compensation of extrinsic motivation mechanism combined with dual channel development channels of internal incentive mechanism,to now of small and medium-sized food enterprises talent strategy put forward a feasible scheme;At the same time research combined with the actual case analysis,enhances practical applications of the paper.
