The reform and opening up has been for 40 years ago.In the meantime,with the rapid development of the economy,various funds and resources have poured into the construction industry.The domestic construction market has developed vigorously,and the demand for talents in the industry has become higher and higher.Many enterprises are facing the predicament of talent shortage,especially the imperfect incentive for professional and technical talents,which not only affects the development of small and medium-sized construction enterprises,but also decrease their abilities of competing in the market.Therefore,it's important an practical to study the incentive problem of professional and technical personnel in small and medium-sized construction enterprises and establish effective measures which can be beneficial for building enterprises to train,use and retain professional and technical personnel better.To explore how to stimulate the professional and technical personnel of X company,we analyzed related data mainly by interview,questionnaire survey and literature review.,We analyzed relevant talent incentive theory and the actual situation of small and medium-sized construction enterprises' professional and technical personnel incentive.And we then proposed the principle about how to improve the measure of stimulating professional and technical talents in small and medium-sized enterprises in construction industry,on the basis of elaborating X company's talent incentive measures and analyzing the problems and related causes of X company's talent incentive.Finally we conclude that we should improve the effects of stimulating professional and technical talents in three aspects: perfect enterprise system,create enterprise culture,and strengthen the spiritual stimulation.In this study,by improving the talent incentive mechanism of X company,we can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of professional and technical personnel,continuously improve the core competitiveness of X company in the market,and promote the sustainable and stable development of X company.At the same time,it can also provide reference for the construction of small and medium-sized enterprises' professional talent team.
