With the development of economic globalization and regional economic integration,competition in the market showing a clear international trend,enterprises are facing more serious: rapid generation of a large amount of information,the extensive application of high technology,the free flow of resources,the upgrade of user needs,all these require enterprises to make the accurate,rapid,effective response when facing the changeable market,so that enterprises can get the point of competition to seize the market by developing and taking use of the "personalized merchandise".In such a competitive environment,the cost of control is very important and urgent.The traditional pattern of enterprise cost management is a kind of "vertical integration" model,the enterprise product development and marketing ability are so weak that company can not be able to satisfy the customer demand quickly,the competitiveness of enterprises is not strong.The rise of "horizontal integration" has formed a "chain" that runs through all the enterprises,thus resulting in a new management and operation model-supply chain cost management.The so-called supply chain is a network referring to the commodity from the beginning of the production of raw materials until the end of the whole process of reaching consumers,it involves in the formation of the value of the goods,the downstream enterprise network formed by the formation of mutual connection.Supply chain management is a integrated management methods,the idea is to optimize the cost of the whole supply chain,eliminate non-value added work in the supply chain,eliminate waste,reduce supply chain cost,improve the efficiency of the supply chain,do the best to meet customer's personalized,diversified needs,and constantly improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Based on this,how to effectively integrate the cost control into the enterprise's overall supply chain management system,has become the direction of the major enterprises to explore.Based on the purpose and significance of the study,the theoretical basis of this paper is built by describing the basic content of supply chain and logistics cost control,then take the HY company supply chain logistics cost control as an example into analysis.First,searching a large number of relevant data and introducing the background information of HY company briefly,then showing the logistics cost management process of HY Company,and finding out the problems of HY company in the supply chain angle: Supply and demand in the procurement process is not matching,serious waste;The circulation of the stock link is slow,the efficiency is low;inefficiency in the transportation,low customer satisfaction;The information technology is backward,conduction is not free.Secondly,aiming at the four problems,this article analyzes the causes of the problems: There is no reasonable procurement system,there is no clear procurement plan,the lack of suppliers to assess the standard procurement and so much corruption;There is no unified organization and planning,inventory management mode is single,coordination at all levels is not enough,and there is no good concept of inventory cost control;There are many loopholes in the management system of transportation,the mode of transport is still relatively backward and traditional,and the lack of awareness of customer service;the supply chain information management system has not been established,information asymmetry,the means of information communication is relatively backward,professional talents are in urgent need of training.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in the paper: Firstly,focusing on formulation scientific purchase system,to research before making the purchase plan,to evaluate suppliers and pick out the right partner,to strengthen building purchasing position responsibilities against corruption;Secondly,to develop the inventory management model into standardization and refinement,ABC inventory classification management,establish exchanges at all levels,to employees for performance appraisal and improve the cost control concept;Thirdly,to establish a comprehensive,perfect and efficient transport management system,promote lean transport,carry out the third party logistics and transportation,strengthen the relationship with the customers;Fourthly,to promote the establishment of supply chain information management system,develop a supply chain information platform for information sharing,training and introducing high-level professional talents to strengthen the construction of supply chain information.Based on domestic and international supply chain logistics cost management research results.This paper has showed the supply chain logistics cost structure,the cost of accounting and management,the safeguard mechanism implementation,in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company.During the writing time,adhering the combination of theory and practice,the Marx doctrine theory to guide practice theory,through the analysis of the cost of the supply chain management of HY company,deeply mining how the Chinese enterprises to grasp and control the logistics cost under the supply chain environment.Hoping that it can contribute to the formation of a more in-depth knowledge and understanding of supply chain logistics control,and also do a little help to the discussion and research on related problems through the analysis and discussion of HY company supply chain logistics cost case theoretically,and in practice,help enterprises carry out cost management work effectively and smoothly in practice,reduce product cost,improve the quality of the products,choose the best suppliers to establish long-term partnership with them,so as to play a role and greater value in the supply chain to enhance the enterprise market competitiveness.
